Are you talking about regression in past lives?

I'm thinking about mixing some Whey with Glutamine to make a shake I can drink after every workout. My goal is to pack on at least 10 or 15 lbs of muscle. Since I’m pretty much a newbie when it comes to proteins and supplements, I wanted to ask: are there any "bad" side effects regarding how I look?
I've heard that if you stop taking protein, you basically "flush out" all the mass you gained. I know Whey is just processed dairy, but is there a real chance I'll just wither away if I ever decide to stop training or quit the supplements?
Hey there. First things first: get your diet and your training program dialed in—that’s what actually matters most. As far as supplements go, you might find Whey and glucose useful (though they aren't strictly mandatory), along with Vitamin C, a good multivitamin, and Omega-3s. Regarding the Whey: you'll only gain fat if you treat it like a heavy meal; spiking your insulin like that can send nutrients straight to your fat cells instead of your muscles. But, if you time it right—like having it as your first meal of the day or sipping it during your workout—you don't have to worry about getting soft. In fact, it'll do you a huge favor. If you eventually stop taking the Whey but keep up a solid training routine and eat properly, you won't waste away or "flush out" your gains. However, if you quit training and start eating like the average person, you’re going to lose mass and gain fat regardless of whether you're using Whey or not.

Man, what tequila can do...
That's intense. 😁
Chris Morales23 said:"Quote:"Spilled Ink As Charles Howard points out: Legend has it that once upon a time, long ago, all the different human traits and emotions gathered together on this earth for one great meeting. Even in that peculiar crowd, Boredom couldn't help but yawn incessantly. And once she had let out her third yawn, Madness—being as wild and unpredictable as ever—suddenly interjected with a spark of energy: "Come on, let's play hide-and-seek!" 😉
Intrigue has caused quite an eyebrow to rise, and Curiosity, unable to contain itself, simply had to ask: "What kind of game is this?" 🤷
"It’s a game where I cover my eyes and count all the way to a thousand while you all scramble to find a hiding spot," Madness explained, her voice steady yet intense. "And once I reach one thousand, the hunt begins. Whoever I stumble upon first will take my place in the next round."
Excitement caught everyone completely off guard, arriving like a sudden gust of wind, while Joy struggled—almost in vain—to win over Doubt, who sits there refusing to believe a single soul in this game.
There were still several others who simply refused to play along... She found herself wondering why there was any point in hiding, when he was bound to track her down in the end regardless. 😕
Arrogance insisted that the game was foolish—though, if we’re being honest, it was really just bitter that the idea hadn't originated from within itself. Meanwhile, cowardice simply refused to take the leap. 😳
"One, two, three..." Madness began her count.
Laziness hid itself behind the very first stone on the path, while Loyalty sought refuge somewhere up in the heavens, and Envy crouched silently in the shadow of Success—who, by his own sheer strength, had scaled the highest branch of the tree.
Her generosity was almost impossible to mask, because everywhere she ventured, she saw nothing but breathtaking beauty meant specifically for one of her friends. She surrendered the crystal-clear lake to Beauty, finding solace in the cool touch of the wood.
Fragility, once mirroring the delicate flutter of a butterfly's wings, has surrendered itself to Sensibility, while the shifting winds have yielded to Freedom... but what remains for us?
In the end, even she finally retreated, drifting away into the warm, golden glow of the sunlight. 🙂
Selfishness, quite predictably, has carved out its own cozy little corner of the world—a sanctuary designed exclusively for its own comfort. Deceit has retreated to the deepest reaches of the ocean floor, though in truth, it was lurking just behind a rainbow all along. Passion and Lust have sought refuge within the heart of a volcano, while Oblivion... well, Oblivion has actually forgotten where it went to hide, but honestly, none of that really matters. 😁
When Madness had finally climbed its way up to nine hundred and ninety-nine, Love hadn't even managed to find a single place to call her own, mostly because everything she looked at seemed already claimed by someone else. It was only then that she caught sight of this breathtakingly beautiful rose garden, and she quietly tucked herself away among the crimson blooms.
When Madness began counting all the way up to a thousand and started its search, it first stumbled upon Laziness, who was hiding just behind the nearest rock. After that, it caught the sound of Faith up in the heavens, deep in conversation with God. It felt the raw pulse of Passion and Lust in the trembling of a restless volcano, and it found Envy the very moment it laid eyes on Success.
Selfishness didn't even need to be hunted down; it practically unmasked itself the moment it fled its own sanctuary—that secluded nest in the heart of the Ozarks. As Madness ventured further, it stumbled upon a crystal-clear lake and was immediately struck by the presence of Beauty. There, sitting perched upon a single stone, sat Doubt, revealing that she wouldn't have to utter a single word about where her hiding place had been.
Until recently, everyone had been accounted for. Talent was crouching low in the fresh, fragrant grass, while Anxiety lurked within the shadows of a dark cave. Deception had convinced them all that it resided at the bottom of the ocean—though, in truth, it was merely hiding behind a rainbow. Even Oblivion had already forgotten that there was ever a game being played at all...
Madness could never quite manage to track down Love. It searched the entire world—peering behind every tree, every thicket, every flower, scouring the bottom of every stream and scaling the peak of every mountain—and just when it was on the verge of giving up, its gaze landed upon a stunning rose garden. Picking up a stick, it began to push the roses aside.
Suddenly, a cry of pain rang out. A thorn had pierced Love’s eyes, causing terrible injury. 😲 Madness felt utterly helpless in the face of such grief. It offered apologies, wept, and pleaded for a chance at redemption, until finally, a thought struck...
It promised Love that from this moment forward, it would remain by her side forever. 🙂
And so it has been; ever since the very first game of hide-and-seek was played on this earth, Love has been blind, while Madness remains her most faithful companion. 😍

Honestly, bravo to you for this; it's practically law. 😁
Thanks. 🙂
I remember reading this for the first time back in 3rd or 4th grade during an American literature assignment in elementary school.😁
Legend has it that once upon a time, all the different facets of human personality and every single emotion we know ever felt met up right here on Earth.
Even in that bizarre crowd, Boredom couldn't help but yawn. After the third time she let out a long one, Madness—being her usual chaotic self—blurted out, "Let's play hide-and-seek!" 😉
Intrigue definitely raised an eyebrow, and Curiosity, unable to help herself, blurted out, "What kind of game is this anyway?" 🤷
"It’s a game where I cover my eyes and count to a thousand while you all go hide," Madness explained. "Once I hit a thousand, the hunt begins. And whoever I find first? They take my place in the next round."
Excitement caught everyone off guard, while Joy struggled—almost in vain—to win over Doubt, who doesn't trust a single soul in this game.
There were a few others who just didn't want to play along. She kept wondering why she was even bothering to hide, knowing damn well he’d eventually track her down anyway. 😕
Arrogance made them claim the game was stupid—but really, they were just pissed that the idea wasn't theirs to begin with. Cowardice wouldn't let them take the risk. 😳
"One, two, three..." Madness began to count.
Laziness was lurking right behind the very first stone on the path, while Loyalty went looking for cover somewhere up in the clouds. Meanwhile, Envy sat crouching in the shadow of Success, who had managed to scale the highest branch all on his own.

Selfishness has found its perfect home, hasn't it? It’s settled into the most comfortable spot on Earth, carved out just for itself. Deceit is hiding somewhere deep at the bottom of the ocean, though in reality, it was lurking right behind a rainbow all along. Passion and Lust have retreated into the crater of a volcano, and Oblivion... well, Oblivion actually forgot where it was hiding in the first place, but honestly, who cares? 😁
By the time Madness hit nine hundred and ninety-nine, Love hadn't even managed to find a place to call her own—everywhere she looked just seemed occupied. Then, she caught sight of this stunning rose garden and tucked herself away among the crimson blooms.

Next, she caught the sound of Faith up in the heavens, deep in conversation with God. She felt Passion and Lust vibrating through the tremors of a restless volcano, and finally, she tracked down Envy the moment she laid eyes on Success.
Selfishness didn't even need to be hunted down; it practically exposed itself by fleeing its own hideout—that messy, cluttered nest. As Madness wandered further, they stumbled upon a crystal lake and caught a glimpse of Beauty right then and there. There, Doubt sat perched on a stone, making it clear that it had no intention of revealing where it had been hiding.
Until recently, everyone had been found. Talent was crouching low in the fresh, fragrant grass; Anxiety was hiding away in a dark cave; Deception had convinced them all that she was resting at the bottom of the ocean—when really, she was just lurking behind a rainbow. Even Oblivion had already forgotten he was even playing a game...
Madness just couldn't seem to track down Love. It searched every corner of the globe—peering behind every tree and bush, scouring the bottom of every creek, and scaling the highest peaks. Just as it was about to throw in the towel, its gaze landed on a stunning rose garden. Reaching for a stick, it began to push the roses aside, searching through the petals.
Suddenly, she heard a piercing scream. The thorns tore right into Love's eyes, causing terrible pain. 😲 Madness didn't even know how to deal with all that misery. She kept apologizing, weeping, and begging for one last chance at redemption, until suddenly, it hit her...
She promised Love she would stay by her side from that moment on, forever. 🙂
And so it goes; ever since the very first game of hide-and-seek was played on this earth, Love has been blind, while Madness remains her most loyal companion. 😍

I need help!!! My gynecologist is currently traveling and won't be back until next Wednesday... here's the deal: about a week after my period ended, I started getting this thick white discharge with an unpleasant smell, and it’s itching a little bit here and there...😕
Now I'm not sure what this could be based on everything you guys have posted. Should I just grab some cream or something? Has anyone else dealt with anything similar????
For context, I'm sexually active, but I know for a fact my boyfriend hasn't been unfaithful since we're together constantly. Is it even possible to catch something like this from him? Please, I urgently need some advice!!!!🤷
Amélie really left a mark on me. It actually made me start thinking that I had the power to step in and change people's lives for the better. 😍 😬
They aren't cheap, but the upside is you don't have to sink extra cash into your initial capital reserves...
I am feeling absolutely miserable today. My period is about ten days late, which is totally unusual for me, so I’m pretty sure it’s going to hit any day now. The cramps are killing me—they're radiating from my lower back straight into my abdomen. It’s a total disaster; I’ve felt awful all day long, to the point where I actually felt like crying from the sheer discomfort. 😢 I tried drinking some tea and taking some Advil, but nothing has touched the pain. I just took some Motrin about twenty minutes ago, so hopefully, that finally kicks in. 😢
I actually did the exact same thing with those pills (just one pack) when I started spotting on day 18. My OB-GYN told me I’d get my regular period back after about 10 days, and that’s exactly what happened.🙂
this Nicin seems to be talking about the Midwest 😍
If you make it out to Ivanac or Lebanon, you'll definitely find buses running—just keep in mind they don't run on Sundays.
As for getting to Neuschwanstein Castle, there's a full schedule of buses out of Ivanac, though I'm not entirely sure about the route to Lebanon. If you need me to look up a specific schedule for you, just let me know; no need to go hunting for the bus yourself. 🙂
Does anyone know which season this International jersey is from? I can't quite place it. 😬

Is it better to stick with a standard high-yield savings account or go all-in on a mortgage savings plan?
What kind of fees am I looking at if I opt for a mortgage savings program?
It’s kind of a bummer that we don't see more graffiti around here—specifically that Torcida style—instead of just murals. Don't get me wrong, the murals are great and have their own sentimental value, but this? This is absolutely POWERFUL.
I have never seen graffiti this brutal before
Damn, this is absolutely insane 🙏
Nescafe and all its endless variations. I could never get into Turkish Coffee. Honestly, I don't even know how to make it right.
The diagnosis is listed as: Varicocele left side, suspected.
Left testis under observation (pain)
It’s basically a varicocele on my testicles, so I was wondering if there's a doctor or anyone here who can actually make sense of these medical abbreviations.
I am so over specialists who just sit there in silence, nodding their heads, scribbling two or three lines of incomprehensible jargon on a notepad, and calling it a day...
