It really all comes down to how much time you have on your hands... you basically have two ways to play this: 1. Option one: Hit your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Since your insulin and blood glucose levels are going to be super low, you need to keep the intensity dialed way down—think a brisk walk, a light jog, or some easy pedaling on a stationary bike. Aim for about 45 to 60 minutes, though honestly, you should listen to your own body and adjust the duration accordingly. Just stay far away from HIIT here; if you go too hard while fasted, you risk triggering heavy catabolism.
2. Option two: Squeeze your cardio in later during the day. You won't get those specific fasting benefits (low insulin/glucose), but on the plus side, there’s zero risk of muscle breakdown, making it the perfect window to crush a HIIT session.
One thing to remember: try not to stack your cardio right after a weightlifting session. It's always better to keep your lifting and your cardio as separate workouts.

If you guys aren't sure where that is, let me know and I'll give you more details.
🙂
I can't make it then—I've got something else scheduled. Shoot me a DM letting me know how long you'll be there and the exact location (or even just the general area), and I'll probably swing by later on.
Also, leave me your number. Or if anyone from the Fanbase—maybe Duyex or someone else—can help out with a ride or anything like that, just PM me so we can work something out.

We’re helping a mom and her four kids who are currently living in some pretty rough conditions. Our goal is to bring their house—which honestly feels like it belongs in the Middle Ages—into the modern era.
We’re collecting building supplies, donations, and food... we're even hoping to snag a fridge soon. But right now, what we need most is hands on deck. We specifically need people who know their way around construction, carpentry, laying laminate or tile, installing doors and windows, drywalling, and stuff like that.
So far, we’ve finished the floors and the walls (insulation, plaster, etc.). Next up is the drywall for the ceiling; right now, it's just bare boards since we cleared out all the old reeds and debris. We actually had three doors and three windows donated. Two of those doors are already in, and we're planning to get the rest installed this weekend or next. The electrical work in the rooms is done too (outlets, junction boxes, switches, all that good stuff).
We also picked up furniture for two of the kids' rooms, fully decked out with bedding, pillows, blankets, and everything they need.
There’s still a mountain of work left, and the kids are getting restless. For the last month since we started, they’ve had to live with all their belongings piled in the middle of the kitchen.
Since there aren't many of us, progress is slow. I wanted to reach out to everyone here and see if any of you willing to get your hands dirty would like to join our crew. Help us give these kids a much better quality of life.
Today, the youngest girl (she's 4) spent ten minutes flipping the light switch on and off because she couldn't believe it actually worked like that... Seeing that was the best motivation we could ask for to roll up our sleeves again this Saturday.
I really hope a few people from this subforum can swing by and help us out, even if it's just for a couple of hours.

It's like saying we should celebrate England's national day just because they're the birthplace of soccer🤣.. Anyway, I wish you guys all the best. I caught some highlights of the sport, but honestly, to me, it looks just like regular rugby.🤷
I actually went in for some cosmetic work back in October last year, so if anyone has questions about the process, feel free to reach out. I went the aesthetic route, so...

What are you even 😁
The kid clearly has potential. Aside from that medal at the SP last year, he had a few really solid showings... this year just hasn't gone his way, though he did manage to grab his first points of the season at the last race—finishing 24th and 17th (against a slightly weaker field).
Breaking into the top 20 in any race would be a huge win for him....
Honestly, if you ask me, nothing beats that incredible atmosphere you get in Transylvania. Plus, any movie starring Hugh Grant is an automatic win for me.☕
