Two years ago, I posted here about my dermatitis. It had spread significantly and caused bleeding sores. I cut out pork and alcohol, which helped slightly, but there was no sign of actual healing.
I tried countless creams, ointments, and oils. I experimented with every diet imaginable and spent a fortune... until two months ago when I bought some Burt's Bees balm. My hands cleared up within ten days.
My hands are now healthy and can be washed normally without any open wounds. I am even washing dishes without gloves after many years of struggle.
I still have one dry patch on my knee, and I am waiting to see if that clears too. I am extremely satisfied!
Writing this as if I were the one posting...
I am also dealing with extremely dry skin on my hands. It flakes off in white scales, leaving behind raw wounds that feel like I've sliced my fingers with a knife. Words cannot describe the stinging pain.
I underwent allergy testing and found no reactions. My initial diagnosis was dermatitis, but a biopsy later indicated psoriasis-like dermatitis. I have applied fish oil ointments, Elocom, Afloderm, and Eucerin... I even needed Betamethasone. I tried several natural creams as well, but the condition always returns once it settles. Just as the wounds heal, they crack open elsewhere.
The condition seems to be spreading. I now have similar patches on my shins, elbows, and wrists. The itching is intermittent and constant.
This has persisted for three or four years. At my last checkup, the doctor suggested PUVA cream therapy. I have researched it online, and the side effects look concerning, specifically premature skin aging and an increased risk of skin cancer due to UV exposure.
I am at a loss regarding treatments. I must avoid water as much as possible, which is impossible given daily chores like washing dishes or laundry. I have to wear gloves for almost everything, and it is exhausting.
Has anyone successfully resolved this issue?
Additionally, I have started drinking a herbal tea recommended by an elderly man who claims it cures psoriasis. I have only just begun, so we shall see how it progresses.
My period finally arrived after a two-month delay; it has always been irregular.
I rarely experience clots, usually just small round ones, but I was shocked on the second day. I have never seen a tube-shaped clot before—about 5cm long and 0.5mm thick. It was quite frightening. I just returned from vacation at the beach; should I make an appointment with my OB-GYN? What could this be? I used cloth pads last cycle, but not this one.

To be specific:
We sent out a massive batch of invitations for an event, and we are left with about 100 extra pieces that we have no use for. :/
I called the USPS, and they told me a return is impossible.😢

The fact remains that I have about 100 of those $1.25 stamps, if not more. I might sell some of them, regardless.

I recently purchased a large batch of stamps from $1.25. We miscalculated our needs and have quite a surplus left over. Is there any way to get a refund for the unused portion, or perhaps sell them to someone else? What is the best course of action?
THANK YOU
ANYONE?!?!

Hmm. Actually, anyone baking wedding cakes these days really needs proper documentation. Apparently, most high-end restaurants won't even touch them without it.
So, she either uses her own supplies or yours, depending on their deal.
I plan to pick up the pastries from Jackson at Draper’s location $25. If you provide your own supplies, the price decreases. I have had her treats at two or three weddings, and they are excellent. They aren't oversized; they are perfect little bites that taste freshly baked and homemade. They aren't mass-produced like the stuff from Columbus—a friend is getting those, likely from a company that supplies Kroger, but I personally find them quite unappealing.
I would like to share my own struggles with this condition.
My diagnosis is also allergic rhinitis. My nose runs constantly due to congestion, and I sneeze immediately upon waking up. During the day, I can easily sneeze thirty times or more. Both my nose and eyes itch frequently.
Two years ago, I underwent allergy testing, and the results indicated I have no allergies. This made my diagnosis of allergic rhinitis quite confusing.
I have used Letitia and Flixonase, and later transitioned to Nasonex.
Letitia caused extreme drowsiness. Since I prefer not to rely on medication, I eventually stopped taking them. While I felt better temporarily, the symptoms returned fully after a few months.
Currently, I am taking no medication and using no nasal sprays. However, the condition remains unchanged. I notice intensified sneezing during temperature shifts, and my mornings always begin with sneezing.
I am considering visiting an ENT specialist again or perhaps repeating the allergy tests.
I am looking for alternative treatment methods, such as herbal teas or topical ointments.
What are your thoughts? This condition makes me feel terrible.
