I really wish we could find a solid admin for this military history and tech sub to actually step in and clean things up.
Lately, instead of actual expert discussions backed by facts, everything has just devolved into people attacking each other personally and being straight-up condescending.
It’s turning these threads into total garbage. Honestly, just kick those arrogant jerks out—they can argue in private messages instead of trashing the main board!

Can't really call you back right now. I don't have the "clearance"...

Regarding the signature stuff, everything's laid out right there in the rules.

The tricky part is: 3. you can't use the signature for advertising purposes
Besides that sports club ad, if I remember correctly, you also had some promo going for product sales.

Alright, look. I did have the sports club thing. But it’s not really a commercial operation—we’re more like a non-profit association. It's not like we own a gym we're renting out or anything. We aren't selling products. We’re just a cycling club that puts on races, group rides, and hangouts... For example, every year we organize trips to El Paso to celebrate Independence Day, or trips to St. Louis, and last year we even hosted a marathon for the Coast Guard. Is that actually an issue?

As for buying products... I haven't done any of that. At least, not that I know of.

Hey everyone.
First off, my bad if I'm posting this in the wrong thread—I know this isn't about a ban, just a warning.
So, Richard Nelson84 flagged my signature for breaking some rules. I might have messed something up, but I can't even send Richard Nelson84 a DM to ask what went wrong (it says I don't have permission).
If anyone could tell me what the deal is, I'll get it fixed once I get back home this weekend and finally get on my PC...

If that keeps popping up on you, it's definitely just an open, unsecured network.
If it's driving you crazy, just head into your settings and kill the notification for available free networks—that should stop it from jumping out at you all the time.

I've got an HAF X. It’ll definitely fit, no doubt about it. 😁

Men's rights and how they're being sidelined?
Maybe we could frame it as: being targeted by the feminist movement?
Or maybe: the struggle for men's rights in today's world?

Guga, why don't you kick things off with an intro post...

Actually, instead of starting a whole new thread, should we just rename the "gender discrimination" one?

I’m jumping on the bandwagon here—we seriously need a dedicated thread to talk about men's issues. And yeah, I'm talking about the blatant bias coming from equality offices and all those other institutions that claim to care about "equality" but clearly don't.
What happened to this Reddit?
It all started with that massive thread about whether men's rights were being stripped away—that one had huge engagement and some really solid discussions. But then, Volume 2 got slapped with a gender-neutral title immediately, and they kept tweaking it to be even more vague and neutral.
Any thread that actually mentions men's rights or how the public and various advocacy groups treat them gets shut down, deleted, or renamed... you name it.
Why are the mods and admins so desperate to kill these topics? Is it fear? Ignorance? Pure bias? Or something else entirely?

Give us some breathing room!
