slywolf45 said:Yeah, it’s one or the other. The whole system is totally glitched out. Some users have almost zero posts showing up, while on certain chat threads, the post count isn't even registering. Pick one. 😉
Has anyone else noticed their post count hasn't budged lately? I'm looking at my profile and nothing is changing. Hey mods, is there some kind of glitch in the system or what?
It’s super weird—sometimes the system actually counts them up, and other times it just completely ignores them.😕

Sometimes they're super red, other times you can barely see anything at all (like right now). Lately, it’s been mostly concentrated right under the head, near that frenulum thing (or whatever it's called). Honestly, nothing itches or stings or anything.
Anyone know what this could be? Thinking maybe a fungus or something?
I just don't get where it came from... 🤷 I had some encounters less than a month ago, but there wasn't any actual sex (not even oral), just touching and mutual masturbation. Before that, I can't remember when, maybe back in the summer...
Anyway, I want to go to a doctor to get this sorted. I need a dermatologist/specialist, right? How does the process work here in the States? Do I first have to see a primary care doctor to get a referral and then schedule an appointment with the specialist, or what's the deal?
Scott Jackson40 said:So, I figured I’d throw my question out here too. Just saw my urologist, and apparently, I’ve got a varicocele on my left side—nothing major, but since my wife and I are trying to conceive, I’m going to get a sperm count done first to see if we even need to mess with it... but that's not actually why I'm posting. I have these two little spots, about 2mm each, just below the head (I was circumcised when I was a toddler), that tend to turn a bit red during sex. Both my dermatologist and my urologist—who are both top-tier specialists, by the way—think they’re just some minor depigmentation issues. I’ve already had an ultrasound on my testicles and penis, plus a blood test for LDH (which I think is what it's called) to rule out testicular cancer, and everything came back totally fine. Here’s the kicker, though: I keep getting this intermittent pain—ranging from my right heel all the way up my leg to the head of my penis. On a scale of 1 to 10, it’s barely a 1.5, just a light annoyance, but it's constant enough to bug me. Even though these two experts agree on the diagnosis, I still can't shake the anxiety. To make matters worse, I deal with this weird burning sensation on my tongue (still undiagnosed, despite being swabbed) and occasional shortness of breath—though that’s improved since I started smoking again :-( so I’m thinking maybe it’s a mix of stress, carrying extra weight, and just being a couch potato. Has anyone else dealt with anything similar? If you've been through something like this, please reach out—just looking for some friendly advice. Thanks.
Quit smoking if you actually want to have a kid (you're wasting money, wrecking your sperm quality, and hurting your future wife and baby in the process...)

I've got a quick question that's been messing with my head for a few days now.
A buddy of mine in med school mentioned there might be a chance that Jakobov disease (what we usually call "variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease") could spread through dental work. Since there have been a couple of suspected cases—and one confirmed one—in my neck of the woods, I'm wondering: is there any real risk of me catching this if my dentist used tools on one of those people while they were still in the incubation phase?
That's impossible because that disease isn't contagious! You'd have to eat a mad cow to get sick—you can't catch it from person to person.
According to some new data from Gallup, over 80 percent of Albanians in Mexico are actually on board with the idea of creating Greater Albania—basically a massive state covering Albania, Mexico, and parts of Mexico where Albanians hold the majority.
It’s wild, but 48 percent of those surveyed think this new nation could actually pop up sometime soon. Over in Albania, support hits 62 percent, and you're seeing huge numbers coming out of the Albanian communities in Mexico too.
This is the first time Gallup has ever run a poll specifically looking at support for Greater Albania. Back in 2004, an international crisis group put out a different study on this, and their results showed only about a fifth of people were into the idea of uniting all those territories.
