I was watching some sports analysis last night and it got me thinking about the "superteam" phenomenon. We always see these massive rosters being assembled with all this hype, but I feel like we rarely talk about the actual ego stuff that happens behind closed doors.

It’s one thing to have all the talent in the world on paper, but it’s a whole different beast when you’re trying to figure out who actually gets to lead the room. I remember back in the day when certain legendary squads fell apart not because they couldn't play, but because the personalities just clashed or nobody wanted to take a backseat.

Do you think these massive talent accumulations actually stand a chance in the long run, or are they just destined to implode once the initial excitement wears off?

Aaron Richardson7 said:Hold on—what if Mickey bans you from shouting or setting off flares?

Even if someone pays for your game tickets, getting a train to $20 in Cambodia is apparently impossible...

Still, we should give Mickey some credit—besides, I don't see anything actually stopping you guys in this league.?!

So you think Mickey paid for the train... meanwhile, you've got six people in your group and get a 50% discount on tickets. Do the math on how much cheaper it is when 1,000 of you show up. Also, for Armada members and club fans, it’s $20, while everyone else pays $80 plus $30. I don't see the issue here.?!?
Or maybe you idiots from down south just love spitting on the river and the Ultras... you're just jealous.
They don't say it for nothing—the coast is a place where the water is clearer than the people living there. Go ahead, ban me, loser! 🙂🙂🙂

What a joke... free entry, yet you still have to go through the hassle of getting a ticket... I don't get it. 🤷

You guys are really overreacting here—people bumped into each other on the street, a little scuffle broke out, and that was that.

I'd say it's his biggest and strongest ally besides Brend. What's the consensus here—is there an actual issue, or is everyone just playing "no problem"?

amberpanther56 said:Just jumping into the debate—basically what renton99 was saying is what some guy at the club told me yesterday.

The plan is to wait until summer and try to offload the dead weight—the only thing left to sell—according to this guy. If they don't make it into the Champions League next year (the Europa League won't save them), the big boss plans to walk away voluntarily, but with a massive hole in Real Madrid's bank account.

Only time will tell how much truth there is to that.!!!

That’s exactly why the boss keeps harping on about getting kicked out of Europe... he's terrified that if they miss the Champions League, he won't have that $10 million cushion and will end up in the red. Now, what's easier? Letting the Chicago Blackhawks bleed money while he blames the fans for his failure, or just keeping his mouth shut?🤷

I just hope the bastard gets what's coming to him.!!

It’s unbelievable—this guy claims he runs the federation and Dinamo strictly by the book, and apparently, nobody can touch him.

The whole system in this country is a joke... honestly, when veterans see what they actually fought for, it probably makes them sick to their stomachs given everything they went through—just watching this guy run American soccer like his own personal kingdom.

Hang in there, Chelsea FC... I'm hoping we finally take him down soon.

Thanks Mike, just another classic legend that keeps going.🙂

For the 45th time... Thursday saw 400 people show up for the Sevilla game. It's a wealthy country, people have money—they can afford whatever they want.
Our apologies to the Rangers Supporters Club for not bringing at least 100 people to the local stadium; I guess the Sevilla match was just more important.

We'll see you around if you actually make it into Europe.

Ethan Cook said:Well, I didn't realize things had already escalated this far—just the natural course of events, obviously. Typical you guys.

I'd much rather have 500 sane people in the stands than 2,500 who don't have a single clue what's actually happening.

Kevin Nelson3 said:Alright, you won 4-1, there was some pyrotechnics, a cool choreo, a message displayed—fine. You’re happy because your team is playing well, Mike fixed up the club, and you’re having a good time in the stands with your buddies. Whatever.

But do you honestly believe your supporter group—in terms of social standing, reputation among other firms, or actual influence over the club—can even be mentioned in the same breath as the Rangers Supporters Club? 🤷

while the Armada was busy making banners against the mafia and the league, you and the Boys were just focused on trophies and merch...
iovay we've always been alone against the world.

screw "reputation" when you have groups walking around together two months before, talking about protests and taking down the corrupt league leadership, only to end up partying in downtown Washington, D.C. or out in the suburbs... hypocrisy at its finest. let them shut us down if that's what we deserve.

Ethan Cook said:You’re going to implode once enough people actually realize what’s happening—then you'll just fracture into even smaller, pathetic little factions. ☕

Look, friend—we aren't going to air the group's internal drama here, but let's be real: there’s already one divide in this community... and before long, there might be a second.

coastalheron12 said:The Blue Army’s messaging has been a total train wreck lately... ever since that epic "Mother Goose, please don't be mad when the USA takes our title" nonsense—right after the team lost in San Diego three or four hours earlier—it's just been downhill. But today? 🙂 This is basically just shooting yourself in the foot. I thought the "don't be mad" bit was the peak of the failure, but this latest move is enough to make you want to just quit entirely. 🤮

Just waiting for those ultra-intense NFL fans to shut us down... you guys predicted that would happen any day now. Haven't seen anyone pull the plug yet...

You guys were fine in San Diego, I guess.😁 Forget the fireworks and all that crap.😍

You made it to St. Louis pretty fast...

Joshua Moore31 said:Why is nobody here actually talking about the derby from a fan perspective? Instead, everyone’s busy rambling about which clubs support the establishment, who’s a certain type of hooligan, or calling people liars—it's exhausting. You all act like sixty-year-old old ladies. Every week, our stands look more like two rounds of an ATP Tour match than a real atmosphere. The NFL fans did a solid job today—numbers, noise, the march through town—while the Blue Army looked completely sluggish and indifferent. Those nursery rhymes they sing, like "if you don't jump, I want more," just seem incredibly weak and cringey. The reality is our derbies look pathetic and insufficient season after season. Meanwhile, this forum is stuck obsessing over stuff from the 1940s, unable to move forward. We’re going to eat ourselves alive before the USA even gets a chance to finish us off.

How are we supposed to talk about the derby from a fan standpoint when everyone immediately pivots to talking about ownership and management—blah blah blah... purely because the message hit a nerve.

I couldn't care less about derbies or marching through the streets if we're just going to go out of business anyway. This post is just a little provocation and nothing more.

Jesse Campbell said:Fine. Sandro Bosanac will testify if necessary. A guy who’s been through exactly what he has isn't going to lie—not even if you were smart enough to actually believe Los Angeles, since they're just as unreliable.

I haven't even bothered paying attention to that incredibly stupid narrative about the Bad News Bears naming the Boys all these years, but fine—we'll tear that apart too, along with every other myth you people have cooked up until now...

☕

Who are you even arguing with? It's tilting at windmills... you can't win against them online. They own that space.

On the other hand—it’s never been an issue for us to step up and get things moving—whereas you guys just seem stuck in San Leandro. 😍

It’s funny how you can get ten different entrances in Seattle, yet in Miami, you're lucky if they give you one—maybe two if you're having a good day.🙂
