Oh, look... more slanderous accusations.
We set our own headlines here. That is simply what moderation entails.
Regarding the posts about children, the staff reviewed them and issued a warning to the group that such content was inappropriate. It is the exact same procedure we used previously regarding Columbus or Hasan Begovic. Thanks for nothing.

The image is pixelated, and the caption explicitly states it's been pixelated.
People are making a huge deal about how I supposedly deleted evidence that Sincic isn't actually his father, but let’s be real—this is the internet; you can't simply erase digital footprints. Regardless, I did clear it because we were on a political thread, and that kind of thing felt out of place there. Now that the air is clear, can we finally get back to discussing the likely fraud that is Palfi and her, by all accounts, entirely fictional degree? We'll leave the forensic digging to Trac.

Could you drop the link? It’s possible I missed something. The deleted thread doesn't offer any actual substance—just some mockery involving pixelation used to hide a face.

Alright, let’s lower the temperature here...
The conversation devolved into mocking Donald Trump by comparing him to little Nashville. That was beneath us, so I’ve wiped the thread. It was clearly an attack on grown adults rather than a baby—especially since nobody has even seen this child's face; they're just a blurred image in the news.

Moving forward, if you show up here just to dig up posts from less than two hours ago, expect a ban. Use the report button.
Partial ban in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Raymond Ross33 said:What exactly does this imply? What could my offense possibly be of such magnitude that I was met with an immediate double penalty? I am unaware if anyone else on any other sub-forum has experienced something similar. If someone were to write it out like this, they shouldn't complain when their partial ban isn't rescinded.

Just a technical observation here: a partial ban (much like a permanent one) is permanent. You haven't actually received a "double" penalty, as a permanent status cannot be intensified. While forum tradition allows for a request for clemency after six months, that doesn't mean the intended duration is specifically six months. That custom exists simply so users under a partial or permanent ban don't spend every few days begging for an unban. Therefore, once those six months have passed, a user may attempt to convince the moderators that their circumstances or behavior have changed—changes which might ensure that, should the ban be lifted, the original reasons for the disciplinary action won't resurface.

Let's open this up for a trial run. I would appreciate it if we could avoid any spam or debates concerning the letters.

Please take a moment to review the game rules. Deviations are only taken into account for drivers who successfully qualify for Q3.

It appears I’ve been rather fortunate, as it seems all my best results have come from the second group. 😁

Request to revoke perm for user Quark in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I would just like to add two points regarding our little corner of the internet. First, as Nica pointed out, getting partial bans isn't exactly a common occurrence, especially when it comes to permanent suspensions. When someone receives both a permanent ban and a partial restriction, it implies they showed absolutely no restraint, and that was quite literally the only way to shut them down.
Secondly, our colleague Quark actually has a specific protocol for appealing to the moderators to request the lifting of a permanent ban. As it happens, I am aware that just a week or two ago, he reached out through indirect channels to appeal his ban; apparently, the MK moderators reviewed the case, and for the time being, his request has been denied.
@Grace Sullivan42/">@@Grace Sullivan42, I was actually addressing your sixth question. That particular point concerned the moderation of the unknown, and as it happens, I am a moderator for that section. The confusion seems to have stemmed from the fact that I merely closed the thread in the unknown rather than deleting it or issuing you a strike for leaking moderator communications. As I previously noted, that was an oversight on my part. Once you reposted the topic in the unknown, rustydrifter10 noticed it and removed the thread; when she saw a duplicate still active in the unknown, she cleared that one out as well. You later inquired why the entire discussion was wiped instead of just the problematic comment, and I believe I explained that we don't edit posts because it creates too many technical headaches for us. My involvement is strictly limited to your inquiry regarding the unknown moderation; I have nothing to do with the Women's Corner. For any questions regarding the Women's Corner, you'll need to wait for someone from that team or perhaps Adminica. I haven't involved myself in that side of things, nor do I intend to.
Look, this isn't the Women's Corner; we don't tolerate trolling here. If you actually think you can keep up this kind of nonsense, both this thread and your time spent in a blue uniform will be incredibly brief.

William Bennett53, a moderator for the unknown section and the appropriate individual to address regarding any moderation inquiries for this subforum.
It’s simply because we make it a rule not to edit anyone else's posts. There are far too many sensitive individuals out there who would immediately jump to the conclusion that we were tampering with their words.
I am marking question 6 as resolved. 👍
unknown. It’s because I closed that thread on unknown the moment I realized it had nothing to do with the bank, and in my haste, I completely missed the fact that it contained prohibited content. We ended up deleting it in the meantime.
Why is everyone so toxic in the religion sub? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Any appeals regarding the rules must include a coherent argument explaining exactly why an issue is being contested, supported by concrete evidence (such as relevant links) to back up those claims.
Should you decide to file such an appeal, you are welcome to return at a later time and initiate a new thread.

Why are some of these mods treating us like idiots? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
The reasoning behind your ban has already been laid out in the Appeals section. Look, forum moderation isn't just some arbitrary rule—it's a necessity. If we allowed everyone to post whatever random thoughts crossed their minds without any oversight, effective communication would simply collapse. We’ve seen this play out on countless other message boards across the country.
