McLaren is struggling right now... I honestly don't think anyone expected them to fall this far behind the leaders.
Lewis Hamilton said after yesterday's Free Practice 2: "this is a long term fix." 🤣

That being said, I'm leaning towards Red Bull Racing taking pole.
Elizabeth Mendoza said:It looks like Red Bull finally nailed the chassis stability. Max's run was incredibly smooth. This place is shaking like crazy though, it's wild.

Ferrari is looking solid too. They aren't bouncing around nearly as much as they were during testing.

I think the RB is shaking a little bit, but honestly, just a tiny bit... I just caught a glimpse of one of Perez's laps and he felt a slight wobble there.

I think if Mercedes stays serious—meaning the top brass at Daimler continues to invest in the team and remains willing to pay for top-tier talent even after Lewis leaves—then Russell has made the smartest move for his career. It might seem risky right now, but that's just because we're looking at it through a current lens. Besides, Russell has a massive opportunity to learn directly from Lewis.

He won't just spin out alone. Usually, Max takes someone else down with him. 😁
I’m standing with Lewis. ☕

My current take on the order:
Red Bull
Ferrari
Mercedes
McLaren
Aston Martin
AlphaTauri
Alpine
Williams
Alfa Romeo
Haas

My gut feeling:
Red Bull
Mercedes
Ferrari
McLaren
AlphaTauri
Aston Martin
Alpine
Alfa Romeo
Williams
Haas

That's just for the season opener, though. I suspect Mercedes will catch up to Red Bull pretty quickly.
Red Bull is still struggling to find their rhythm over long stints. Ever since they started rolling out those new car upgrades, things have felt sluggish; they're spending way too much time stuck in the garage. It was the same story yesterday, and honestly, today hasn't been any different.
I caught a glimpse of one of Leclerc's laps, and man, that car was shaking like crazy. It looked pretty ridiculous. 🤣
If any other team had pulled this off, I’d be skeptical. I might wonder if it would even work, or if they were just repeating that mistake Williams made about eight or nine years ago when they trimmed the rear end and it turned out to be a complete disaster.

But when Bear does something like this, you have to take notice. It gives everyone a legitimate reason to worry—even Newey and his crew are probably feeling the tension right about now.

I don't quite follow what you mean by that. Could you clarify? kaže:
The issue is that when you deposit cash into your bank account, it doesn't sit there in a physical piggy bank with a lock that you can just pop open whenever you feel like grabbing some spending money.

Money sitting in a bank account isn't really "yours" in the absolute sense; it’s more like a joint venture between you and the bank. You’re essentially partners in a financial arrangement, which means there's always a built-in risk that things could go south for one reason or another. In a worst-case scenario, the only real safety net you have is FDIC insurance. If the system fails, that's your only way to make sure you aren't left holding the bag.

How many people opening bank accounts actually realize they’re essentially acting as business owners?
That’s on the bank, not the saver. Honestly, I couldn't care less about how they manage their internal processes or their specific way of handling transactions. If they've convinced themselves that their banking logic actually makes sense, that's their own issue to deal with.

That duo has been at it since the crack of dawn. 🙏
They just don't quit.
It feels like the Red Bull car was thrown together just five minutes before rolling out of the garage. The halo looks cheap, and those sidepods seem pretty budget too. Still, if they actually find speed on track, then hats off to Newey and the rest of the team.
Man, last year's Alpine looked so sharp, and now this pink color scheme has totally ruined the aesthetic.
Williams has such an incredible nose, honestly just wow.
I think the Williams looks great. I’m still waiting to see how the Alfa turns out, but so far, I’m liking most of them—some more than others.
Haas is the only one for me that feels below average; it looks pretty bland and just lacks inspiration.
I get the feeling that McLaren is taking the more aggressive route here. They were already looking to trim those sidepods way before Aston Martin even considered it. Instead, AM seems stuck on their idea of routing the airflow underneath them.
I honestly think this car would look much better if they went with a cleaner design. There’s just too much going on with all these colors right now.
I'm really not a fan of the blue.
These cars look like they’re going to be an absolute blast to watch on the high-speed tracks.
