Thanks for getting back to me, van. It was a capillary ABG, just from a fingerstick. From what I could gather through some digging on Google, his bicarbonate levels were sitting below the normal range.

So, I’m looking at my fourth blood panel in the last month and a half, and my liver enzymes—ALT and AST—are consistently sitting in that elevated range, somewhere between 60 and 80. I went ahead and got tested for hepatitis and had an ultrasound done, too, but everything came back totally normal. No issues there. I'm not even taking any medications, and I don't touch supplements or vitamins or minerals either. For a while, I figured maybe it was just from hitting the gym too hard, so I took a week off from training to see if that would move the needle. I went back for more blood work after the break, and nope... the enzymes were still high.
A positive Hepatitis B surface antigen just means you either dealt with the virus before and recovered, or you were vaccinated at some point. I had a positive result once myself—nothing more to it than that.
