You’re essentially looking at a molecule created by bonding glycine and lysine—both amino acids—with the magnesium itself. Glycinate acts as an antagonist—which, in this context, is excellent for relaxation and improving sleep quality.
I personally take the version from NOW Foods—just one a day. If I were taking four doses daily, I’d probably be floating somewhere near the stratosphere.
As for zinc, I just started this supplement. I used to take Tribulus from IronMax before this, but this one is packed with a variety of ingredients all within tolerable dosage ranges—so we'll see how it goes. The reviews I've come across seem decent enough.
First off—I haven't actually tried it yet. Does anyone have experience with the wild goat milk from Now Foods? There's just so much junk floating around online that I can't tell what's actually worth buying and what isn't.
I’m looking for a recommendation for an ENT—preferably in a private practice setting. I’ve been dealing with some persistent tinnitus and some subsequent hearing loss here in New York City.
Rachel Richardson said:We are talking about fundamental differences in communication styles here. You have people who write entire essays, only for someone else to come along and summarize the whole thing in a single sentence.
In certain threads, you get this "casual banter" vibe—but it serves the same purpose: it keeps the atmosphere light and informal. As long as it stays within the appropriate topical boundaries, it’s fine. Threads stay alive; they evolve. Look at the US forums—they are a prime example of excellent moderation. Sometimes a thread evolves into something new, so those posts are moved to a fresh topic. Other times, interesting points from the chat room are migrated into a formal thread. Do you follow me? The point of moderation isn't to keep everything sterile. Moderation requires time and genuine effort. You are dealing with real people; you have to get to know them, understand their potential, and see what they bring to the table. And that is exactly what the new mod seems to be doing.
A thread started with a single smiley face isn't going to spark a cultural renaissance.
Out of those 100,000 posts, I'd wager you've only contributed about 20,000—so please, don't lecture me based on your own experience.😁 I'm not a fan of projections.
The mod is new; why don't you try helping him out? When was the last time you actually opened a new discussion and contributed something meaningful to the forum? Don't count the chat room. And surely, a man with your years of experience must have some good stories to tell.😉
The concept of "real life off" has been the standard for ages—honestly, 90% of the posts and threads on this forum or even on Reddit have nothing to do with having a functioning brain. If there's any actual discussion happening with a purpose anywhere, it's over at ŽUD, though even there, desperate housewives seem to run the show.
The forum has devolved into a collection of clones—chronic trolls who just mock anyone they can to drive people crazy. You've got folks like chocobelu and coastalwalker9 constantly falling for every bit of cheap bait thrown their way. Then there's that guy back on the NoFap thread because he couldn't find a girlfriend, so he settled for finding guys who are either straight or gay. Or take yuna, breaking records by falling for "charismatic" types despite having zero common sense—otherwise, she wouldn't even be able to manage a two-word conversation with them.
Not exactly the elite crowd you'd want to hang out with. 😵
We need a moderator who isn't just going to rubber-stamp chats and trolling—someone who actually hands out warnings and bans. Honestly, Louise Hay was a perfectly fine moderator
All the idiots—people like Alfa Prodigy, user_name, Matt, that one guy, Nosonje, and all the other morons and trolls—should be permabanned on their very first post. Anyone making height an issue, all those chronic losers, and that whole crowd of idiots who just pile on to mock the same group... they all need to go.
There was a thread recently where people started hurling insults left and right, and instead of just banning them, they were handing out little 5 or 10-point warnings. In the end, almost nobody actually got banned, even though people were insulting each other's families in the most disgusting ways possible. It was repulsive. 🤦
I could establish some order there within a week, but frankly, I don't have the stomach to sit there and read through such a massive heap of stupidity in one place. ☕
Emily Brown81 said:Man, things are seriously blowing up over on Reddit. Honestly, you probably need to ban about every third post there. And don't even get me started on the clones, the misogyny, or the constant insults hidden behind "just joking." It’s always just a tiny group of five or six trolls poisoning every single thread.
Good luck, Alexander Gray2. 😬
It’s five or six guys on one side and five or six women on the other—let’s not pretend we’re being modest here.☕
If they actually issued permanent bans to the trolls nesting on both sides, there might actually be something intelligent worth reading for once...
Incubation isn't exactly an overnight process—you’d typically expect to see at least a slight fever develop along the way—so you should probably start by taking a temperature
Besides, viruses don't just spread through breastfeeding like that😁
melloworca6 said:There was this one guy in America who used to post all this "enlightened" crap online, just like you—acting like the whole thing was a hoax, saying nobody could tell him what to do, refusing to wear a mask, all that nonsense. Well, he was buried about three weeks ago. Caught that "little flu" everyone was talking about and died.
What, are you his close personal friend or something? You seem to know a lot about this one guy. Come on—give us a break.
It was established over a century ago that mortality rates during the Spanish Flu were significantly lower among patients who spent their time outdoors in the fresh air and sunlight.
There are plenty of historical records out there—so do yourself a favor: go outside, take a walk, drive around, just don't be an idiot... and for heaven's sake, maintain some distance from others just in case.
steelotter49 said:I’m starting to get a bit irritated by the people who act like they just discovered Vitamin D—as if realizing you can't synthesize it without actual sunlight is some groundbreaking revelation. It’s no wonder the general malaise among Americans has skyrocketed over the last two decades.
Regarding runners and cyclists—I read somewhere, on some obscure sites, that there should be a gap of well over six feet between them due to sweat, body evaporation, and the general "projection" of viruses... I'm not sure if that's been scientifically proven, but it sounds perfectly logical to me. So, I’ve started giving runners and cyclists a very wide berth—honestly, I avoid them more than the slow walkers or the folks just standing around in a grocery store.
Exactly—a cyclist's sweat can carry particles at least 10 meters away through their clothing, let alone the droplet infections from a biker who isn't blowing their nose, or who is coughing and sneezing even from a minor allergy.
Yes, the irritability has indeed increased incredibly.
Greetings from a cyclist—keep at least 20 meters of distance if you spot me.
The city goes dead the second it gets dark—let alone at night. Nowadays, there’s nowhere to go except for a stroll, and since the weather is actually decent, you see folks out walking or pushing strollers during the day. But once night hits? There isn't a soul in sight. Seriously, check back at 2:00 AM—why do you even care?
Anyone currently stuck in quarantine who isn't using their head—go for a walk, grab your bike, hop in the car, or just head out into the woods. As long as you stay away from other people, you’ll be fine. Personally, when I look out at the city at night and see it completely deserted, just people wandering around in masks—I shut the blinds.

The reality is that most of those passing away are elderly folks who already had serious medical histories and chronic conditions—attributing everything to COVID these days is just lazy logic... it’s like saying a 92-year-old woman in the final stages of cancer died from COVID, rather than the cancer itself.
We’re looking at nearly 800 infections out of fewer than 10,000 tests—honestly, if they actually tested all 4 million of us, we'd likely see tens of thousands of cases... The virus isn't harmless, obviously, but about 85% of healthy people will walk right through this with little to no symptoms. Despite that, there's an unnecessary amount of hysteria being manufactured when there just isn't a real need for it.
It all boils down to a sedentary lifestyle—and quite possibly a lack of quality companionship. If you’ve managed to creep past the age of 30, honestly, none of this should come as a shock. Try incorporating some actual physical activity into your routine and injecting a bit of vitality into your daily life; your libido will likely follow suit once you aren't just sitting around
I know from firsthand experience—I can see the stark difference in my own performance now compared to how I functioned back when I was just a kid in my early twenties
