You've got a point. They should have just laid down the law when they saw them. Hand them a couple of flares, tell them to meet under the stands after the game, and let them know we're coming for those fake fans. Maybe then they'd learn how to behave. ☕

This marks the first time since the conflict that football hooliganism and fan unity in US soccer have actually converged to push back against the local rackets.
Around 2,500 Ultras showed up at the stadium. They set off a few flares and hung banners calling out the US Soccer Federation.
Once those flares went up, the police moved in on them, clearly trying to bait a bigger riot.The Split fans stayed relatively chill, though.Everything ended without much drama.
Looking at the tension between the BBB and the police crackdown, it was quite the spectacle. Interestingly, while the cops were charging the Ultras, the BBB were busy shouting insults at the officers. The final score was 3:1.🤣
