I honestly don't see what the point of this law is. You've got franak Blašković backing it along with Hrvoje Hribar, yet the guy has released his last, say, 15 albums entirely as self-published CD-Rs...
The only thing it does is force him to pay royalties on blank media used to burn his own music. And I'd bet anything—I mean everything—that he won't see a single cent in copyright refunds for that music.

In Chicago, after you've had your skull cracked and spent a few hours in the ER getting stitches, you wake up from the stupor wearing a turban and ask the local guys, "Where's the crowd? Where's the audience? I'm ready to sing." 🙂 🙏
To Buvaz. Even that five-piece lineup played in Sarajevo before the war... Bareta had some two-piece darkwave acts on stage back then... Did you catch that recent show with Krizanki? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wi76ZtOwwhY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLNZEVV4VsA 🙏

Talk soon.
Who cares about Canada, it's all happening anyway... Maybe I can pull some strings so I don't even have to show up... we'll see... And man, the lineup is insane: Bareta, Duspara ići, Kilmister, and that cool Mario street-horse-cred on drums.
They basically imploded near the end of the nineties because Andrew was a complete mess... and they refused to play without him... So he stepped away... then he started knocking back liters of vodka right before shows... and after them too...
It’s a shame... after twenty years of grinding, I really thought that once they dropped that compilation on Sub Pop, they’d finally see some real money and mainstream success here in America... A buddy of mine told me that back in '97 in San Francisco, people were literally begging them to just take a performance fee... because they'd only walked away with five bucks for a gig the day before...
The drummer, who was already completely wrecked by then, snapped at my friend just because he was wearing a shirt from a '96 festival... He almost started crying, rambling about how things were different over in Europe... saying they actually had food, drinks, and decent pay there...

After 20 years, Dead Moon is calling it quits. It’s been a ride we'll always hold close, especially seeing the global community that grew out of this. Dead Moon became much bigger than the band itself; it turned into a beacon of DIY underground spirit for so many. The flame hasn't gone out yet... --Fred Cola
After 20 years, we’re officially hanging it up. I told you guys I’d give you a heads-up about the final show, and you certainly showed up for it. Vera. Once we got back home, we called the whole thing off.
The band is dead but i Hopa The commeradery lives on in All of US. Maybe someday else.....Fred
Look, let’s set the record straight: they LITERALLY ripped off Arab on Radar's last album. Half of their set was basically just an Arab on Radar concert from 4 or 5 years ago at NPR. I don't get how a guy with Mark Fisher's taste is releasing such a garbage band on Skin Graft, or why he’s even releasing anything at all. You have to know when to quit. AW has zero of that stage presence Arab on Radar had, not to mention the US Maple and the rest of that Skin Graft universe from back when Skin Graft actually meant something. A time machine wouldn't help these guys, and dropping them into the nineties wouldn't either. They just need some brains and to grow up. Like Andy Gill says, they've got the sound, but absolutely no ideas.
Ramadan had a pretty solid lineup last night—standard stuff, really. Some country singers, someone for the passenger seat, the usual vibe... and the food wasn't bad either.
If my buddy hadn't played that Halid Besic compilation in the car, this whole night would've ended on a pretty depressing note.
