I just got a delivery notification, but I’m not actually expecting anything. To make things weirder, the form doesn't even specify if it's a letter or a package—it just says "US" next to the tracking info. It literally says, "We are notifying you that we attempted to deliver US number..." and then some nonsense about a missed delivery attempt.

Does anyone know what that "US" part is supposed to mean here?

I had unprotected sex—well, used a condom, but now I’m starting to suspect the girl might have an STI. About a week after we hooked up, it started burning like hell whenever I peed. That went away after three weeks, but now my eyes are inflamed. I read online that this kind of thing can actually cause blindness if I don't get it treated. I’ve got an appointment at the Mayo Clinic in two days, but since it'll probably take two months to get the results back and even longer to start antibiotics, I need to know: how fast does the blindness part actually happen?

Also, does anyone know if there's a private clinic in Chicago where I can just pay extra to speed things up? This is about my eyesight, and waiting two months while dealing with these swollen eyes is driving me crazy, regardless of whether I go blind or not.

I'm looking for a private doctor in NYC who can test me for chlamydia (and other STDs) and prescribe antibiotics. I can't wait two months for an appointment through Medicare... the thing is, I've developed an eye infection caused by chlamydia that could actually lead to blindness, so this is pretty urgent for me.

Yeah, I read that too, but I'm looking for the actual reality of the situation... surely there’s a pharmacist on here who can weigh in? Can you just walk into a CVS and ask for an antidote (I highly doubt it), or how does one actually get their hands on it?

Yeah, the cat finally showed up a few days ago after being gone for ten days. She’s covered in wounds—there's actually no flesh left on one part of her leg, just bare bone, and her eye was in terrible shape. She bit me while I was trying to bandage the wound because someone had to hold her head still. We ended up having to put her down today; she was sent for testing because of the foaming at the mouth, and it turns out it was leukemia. For the last three days, she wasn't even aggressive, just slept constantly and struggled to breathe since her nose was blocked from getting hit during the fight. And no, she hasn't touched food or water in days.

Anyway, I got my referral, so I'm heading to Memphis tomorrow... the bite happened about 48 hours ago.

So, my cat bit me—she's actually passed away now. Turns out she was battling leukemia, but we won't know if rabies was a factor for a few days. I'm assuming she was acting out because of the excessive drooling, even though she was never an aggressive cat. She snapped at me while I was holding her to change her bandages.

Anyway, this happened two days ago. What should I be doing right now, and what does the treatment process look like?
