"My primary motivation was to secure a real medal here—not this nonsense. We French handball players have a deep-seated aversion to losing."

A gift of a penalty, though we shall refrain from complaining. 🙂

I am quite pleased for the Swede.
A solid, balanced squad; aside from Gotfridson, they lack any standout superstars, yet they progressed through the tournament with remarkable consistency. A well-earned gold medal.

Good grief, how on earth does one gamble it all away like this? These people just keep winning, don't they? 😢

What a nailbiter. One can only imagine the tension felt by the fans.

Spain is playing hide-and-seek with their defense in the 20th minute.😁
It seems River always keeps an ace up his sleeve, doesn't he?

Why is Corrales starting in goal today?

Greece and Rehagel 🙂

Wait, so wooden medals actually exist?
🤣 what a joke

I find myself rooting for Sweden. They are easily the most likable Scandinavian squad, alongside Iceland.

How many decisions were made on the Danish mill in the last five minutes?🙂

Two extra players on the field. If they fail to capitalize on this advantage, they haven't earned the championship.
And there goes Gerard, right out of the gate.

It appears we have a hood issue.

Will the Danish Dominic be relegated to the bench?

What a butcher Konan turned out to be. To him, Dinart was nothing more than a child playing at the game.

Even Mensah made an appearance at the match.

With Gerard playing like this and Gidsel sidelined, can the Americans really expect to stay competitive until the final whistle?

Good grief. What absolute amateurs. They nearly threw this game away.

A poetic Palicka to conclude

I am officially done with VAR

Perhaps a bit too stringent regarding the Port

Could you not have foreseen this?

Gotfridson manages everything with such wisdom. They even survived those two technical failures at Karlsbogard.
