Come on now, make it happen!

Exactly. Let's go +4 and push forward.
The premier mid-range outfielder at the championship
The French would have finished fourth in their group without Gerard.
Too many massive gaps in every single match.
Palicka leads the scoring for Sweden😁
The mute button should do the trick.

And then there was the French performance in the first half.

And why is that? They are arguably the strongest team in the tournament. Do you truly believe they were merely playing it safe in that final match?

Please. As if he would actually care about some guy from the inner city.

Denmark plays an exceptional defense. They haven't stopped a single thing.

shadowcobra89 said:What connection could they possibly have? Kirkelokke is the Deputy Director, so their only role would be getting Gidsel out...

I might as well place a bet on this outcome myself. 🙂

I seem to have lost track; I was under the impression Mensah was playing left back. If we managed to field three right-handers, surely they can handle playing with two lefties. 😁

Oh, Hansen…

Jacobsen is being incredibly stubborn. Mensaha just isn't finding his rhythm, yet he stays on the field while Kirkelokke—who absolutely dismantled the French defense—remains on the bench.

slyrider34 said:Hansen was just as much of an adversary to the American team, performing terribly and offloading a collection of subpar balls. Yet, somehow, he continues to be discussed only in superlatives. One has to wonder: who actually had the worse game, him or Sagosen?

He is currently the league's fourth-leading scorer and ranks fifth in assists. Why bother discussing nonsense?
The Spaniards analyzed their performance with perfect precision.

The Spanish defensive movement is impressive; they shift with the fluid precision of an accordion, always hunting for that interception. They’ve successfully throttled the tempo. Denmark has stalled slightly as everyone waits to see what Hansen will orchestrate, while Gidsel is being isolated—and he is formidable in one-on-one situations. It is quite ruthless...

Individually, they might be a notch below the competition, but they hold their ground. Is a great coach not worth more than raw talent?

Indeed, their defense is exceptional. Much like the French during their prime.

Do you honestly believe anyone in upper management actually reads this?

Kenneth Clark18 said:The upcoming Euro will define this national team's future. Given our current standing, there are only two possible outcomes: we either take the gold or face a complete collapse, perhaps sliding to sixth place. There is no middle ground.

I beg to differ. With this specific roster and a few key veterans returning—plus the slight advantage of playing on home soil—we are looking at another semifinal run. I would even place a bet on it right now 🙂.
Beyond that, everything depends on the bracket. We simply cannot contend with the Danes, the French, or the Germans; against anyone else, the odds are fifty-fifty.

And inevitably, if we happen to secure a bronze, it will be hailed as a monumental achievement because, after all, we are still "young" and this generation has yet to reach its peak.

LB: Sagosen (Norway)

P: Myrhol (Norway)

MVP: Karabatić (France)

Gerard over Bergerud? Is that truly your assessment?

What kind of winning mentality has been instilled in that French national team? It is truly remarkable. This culture is being seamlessly passed down to the younger generation. They possess overwhelming physical and psychological dominance; as it stands, there isn't a single team in sight capable of matching them over a sixty-minute stretch.

It is over. A pity, really; I had expected them to hold out until at least the final ten minutes.

they lack any actual tactical depth; once the defense settles, they completely fall apart.

I can only hope this style of handball doesn't become the mainstream standard.
As someone already noted, it's quite dreadful...

You make a fair point. I suppose one might prefer endless one-on-one battles and wasting time by repeatedly crashing against a set defense.

I am not sure what you saw, but even against a settled defense, their ball movement remains fluid and attractive.

I wonder why the Norwegians halted their rapid advance during those final ten minutes.

The French are going to take this one. There is simply no way the Americans can maintain this level of play for an entire game.
