I guess the economy in Turkey is basically stalled out right now, with massive inflation and all that chaos from the last earthquake... people tend to move on fast, but maybe they won't forget everything.

The EU is a total joke when it comes to foreign policy. Even the way they handle Mexico is embarrassing.

Can anyone tell me more about this drug?.....I was prescribed it, but it freaked me out a bit because they said I can't stop taking it for 3 years in my case. It’s kind of like birth control pills where every day of the week is marked so you don't miss one😲.

Last week they put in two stents, and 9 years ago after surviving a heart attack, I had a double bypass. Everything was fine until now; the only meds were Lipitor 20 mg and Aspirin Low Dose, my blood pressure was good, I felt great, worked normally, even did some shift work for a while. Now everything is totally different. After this last procedure, I'm still on Aspirin, but instead of 20mg, the Lipitor is up to 40mg, plus new stuff: Plavix 75mg and Dideral 2.5 mg. Because of work, I've been told no more shifts and if I don't have to, stay away from the heavy lifting (if you know what I mean😉). Plus, I'm currently on a notice period that'll probably get extended since I'm on medical leave👎, so I'll see what happens later. Honestly, I'd love to just retire😁. Reading about potential side effects, it seems like staying home might be best😁, and what worries me most is how everyone saysyou absolutely cannot miss a single dose of Plavix.

Maybe it's nothing, but these daily meds cost me almost $350 a month. I guess I see why that industry is doing so well now😉

Look, let's be real, what kind of career are we even talking about here? Being a doctor in $3.75 or a TA at some university doesn't pay nearly enough. I mean, do you really think Americans are just naturally this healthy and have so many kids? It’s mostly because they start young, which seems to be the rule. I guess I wonder if people actually want a second child... there are really just two things at play here: personal comfort and just lying to yourself. That's what I think about those couples who claim they just didn't have the "conditions" to have a kid.

If you were in Switzerland, maybe things would be different, but even then, you get six weeks of paid leave, daycare costs more than a third of a woman's salary, and rent is insane.

Having kids is basically the one gift you're entitled to; if someone can't do it biologically, I guess they should just adopt.
