The most refined 27" monitor I’ve managed to track down locally is this one:
Right now, I’m rocking an LG w2242T
If we set the screen size aside for a moment, how much better—or worse—is that BenQ compared to what I have now?
I’m actually pretty happy with my LG, it’s just started feeling way too small for me.
...if that BenQ isn't up to par, please throw some recommendations my way, ideally up to the Max 2000 level.$667
Mainly using it for web surfing, heavy sessions of BF4, and the occasional movie.
Is it actually true that IPS panels have significantly worse response times than TN panels? That’s a dealbreaker for me since gaming is a priority.
What’s the actual word on IPS panel response times these days?
I’m assuming this Crosser doesn't actually feature an electric starter, but rather relies on a kickstart instead... You know, where you have to crank the engine manually before hitting a button?
In that case, it just isn't possible on a bike like the Crosser.
Is there anything worth upgrading from Windows Vista to Mac OS X Leopard?
So, where on earth can I download that Isso pack 5?
I’m actually quite content with 7057 x86 for the time being.
Has anyone actually managed to force those ATI Catalyst drivers to run on Windows 7?
EDIT: Update: turns out ATI Catalyst 9.2 works perfectly fine on 32-bit Windows 7 (build 7048)
What kind of video codecs are you all running on a weekly basis? And more importantly, which players are you leaning on—especially when it comes to handling .mkv files?

The Beta 7-ce isn't even bootable, so the only way to get it running is by installing it directly from within Windows.
🤔
I think I read somewhere that they’re running into some issues with MP3 files, is there any truth to that?
And how am I supposed to crank up the fan speed by 50 percent? I’ve got ATI Tray Tools open, but it won't let me touch the fan settings—it just keeps throwing an error saying "no supported hardware found." Does this mean my card simply doesn't allow for manual fan control? Is that really how this works? WTF???
So, I went ahead and did exactly that, but now I’m seeing temperatures hitting 98 degrees while playing Grid at a 1680x1050 resolution... meanwhile, when it's just idling, it stays around 42-44 degrees. Is that actually normal? And more importantly, what kind of fan would you recommend to replace this generic piece of junk they shipped with it?
Just a heads-up... the graphics card is only two weeks old.
I’ve got a Club 3D HD4670 in my rig... I was wondering how exactly I can track its temperature while I'm actually mid-game? Also, what kind of temperature range should I consider "normal" when I'm running something like Grid?
One more thing—is there any aftermarket fan out there that would actually cool this thing down better than the stock one that came with it?
