For me, there is an unmistakable line drawn between what is truly authentic and those who are merely posing, trying way too hard to seem relevant. 😁 In my personal estimation, true originality looks like this:
Yoga - megafauna (a truly masterful description of the album's essence) Editors - in this light and on this Evening Sibylle Baier - Colour Green Sibylle Baier - Colour Green (I find this one quite charming, in its own way) Bal-Sagoth - Starfire Burning Upon The Ice-Veiled Throne of Ultima Thule 🙂 😬😬
Hipsters are quite literally the number one enemy of the state. They tend to operate from the shadows, leaving nothing but a trail of devastation in their wake. No one can ever truly pinpoint who they are, yet everyone lives in constant fear of their existence, much like the conspiracy theorists obsessed with the Illuminati. In fact, there is a persistent rumor that high-level hipsters are actually 33rd-degree Illuminati themselves. ☕
OT: I find myself gravitating toward the ongoing debate regarding New Order. 😵
Look, let's be honest, USA is basically an institution designed to push specific artists for their own benefit.

Mozart didn't write songs. ☕
Bradley Doyle5 said:It’s all just fodder for people looking for something to bicker about in paradise; it has absolutely nothing to do with actual music. Steve Morse explained it perfectly during his workshop at a club in Chicago back in 2010... I recall his exact sentiment, something along these lines: "There is music, there are musicians, and then there is the music industry. Personally, I find the industry revolting, but without it, music simply doesn't function." I suppose those with any actual intellect will grasp what the man was getting at...
I fail to see what constitutes intelligence in that statement. It is simply a fact.
I haven't actually clicked through to the link, but I have two thoughts on this:
1) What hollowsailor48 is claiming is far too subjective to serve as any kind of legitimate metric.
2) We should strictly limit this discussion to the most successful tracks—those with the highest commercial sales. If that is indeed the standard being applied by Rolling Stone, then I fail to see the issue.

I appreciate the clarification, I really do, but let's not lose sight of the fact that the question was actually posed by Mark Hayes58. ☕
Before the inevitable wave of complaints starts rolling in, with people shouting things like "Oh, sure, we’re getting paid seven or eight grand a month" or perhaps those more dramatic cries of "The pay is pathetic, we spend all day grinding online, we haven't seen a paycheck in three months, and the boss is totally exploiting us" and so on, let me make one thing perfectly clear: these individuals moderate during their own private time, and their sole source of fulfillment is maintaining a precious PDF file and banning users 😍 In other words, this is pure volunteer work 😍
Well, now you can go back to your old ways... ha, ha, ha, ha!!! 😍 😍
