You could probably eat your keyboard at this point. Look, I wasn't even thinking about those cheap knockoff games xD
Honestly, it’s way easier to just grab an original game on sale for PC than to mess around with your so-called "budget" junk. I don't own a PS4 and I'm not some hardcore gamer, but man, consoles are just easy. You pack it up and take it wherever you want. Just pop the disc 😁 in and you're good to go. On a PC? You'll probably just end up staring at some random "error" message or dealing with hardware that won't stop glitching if you try to go down that milk-run path of yours xD. I've never seen anyone lugging a massive desktop tower to a summer house or whatever. If you actually want decent performance, you have to shell out for a high-end GPU that costs as much as a whole console. For a few extra FPS, I don't think you'd really miss out. But hey, to each their own 🙂
Hey. Isn't it just better to grab a console if you're mostly looking to play games? You'll save a ton of cash that way. 🙂

What kind of CPU and power supply are we talking about here?
I'm putting together a build for maybe $450, so yeah...🙂 I'd probably just grab an Intel Core i5 or whatever. I don't really care about all the tiny little details—as long as it actually lets me play some games, I'm good.😁
Alright... thanks... $250 and that’s that. Why even bother dropping over a grand if everything works perfectly fine on "normal
" 😁
So, what's the verdict, guys? An MSI 7750 paired with a 23'' monitor... you think that actually holds up? Would it even be playable for the games coming out lately?
I honestly don't get why anyone would be trashing you... I mean, I paid my fair share $17 and all I got was a five-foot cable, which, frankly, I'm perfectly fine with. haha
Ugh.. I seriously can't believe anyone else is still rocking that printer. I've got the exact same one and, man... the toner alone is gonna set me back $96. Now I'm staring at my empty ink cartridges thinking, why not just grab a whole new machine? Most of them have scanning built-in anyway, they print way faster, and the colors look pretty decent for like $33 😁

Man, that was sarcasm... who actually gives a damn about an extra few bucks, huh? hehe.
I’m honestly pretty happy with this setup when I remember how overpriced everything used to be. Like, five years ago when I built my first rig, for this kind of money I was lucky to get an AMD 3200 2.0, 512MB of DDR RAM, and a Radeon 9550... plus I'd still have enough left to throw Windows 7 on there. We're living in a whole new era, man.😁
I honestly don't get what people are doing with those Intel Core i7 processors and those insane graphics cards 😁 paired with 1000W power supplies... that's like, what, 1.5 horsepower? haha...
Thanks again, guys!!
I'll grab something like this 😁
Ugh, I just went with installments so it ended up being $100 more expensive 😢
They'll probably put it together for free there, right? haha
As for the OS... can I just throw Windows XP on it or am I stuck hunting down Windows 7?? haha
It's not like I'm some genius or anything, but I seem to remember XP doesn't support more than 3.25GB of RAM.—or does it say 3.25GB but actually uses all 8GB? I don't even know anymore. Total newbie here, haha
Thanks for the help, guys... I think I'll go with the Corsair CX 430 and grab that AMD processor, haha.
Seems like the smarter move. If I'm remembering right, I can always swap in a beefier power supply and a better GPU later on if some crazy demanding Need for Speed title drops, right? 😁
I'm no hardcore gamer, but I love jumping into a good racing game now and then.
Thanks again!
I’d probably just go buy an AMD.
Honestly, I'm even low-key considering that AMD processor option, haha.
Hey everyone! I’ve been lurking here for a while and you guys are awesome. Since we're talking about power supplies, maybe someone can actually help me out for once, haha 😁
So, I'm setting aside about $933 for a new build.
I've pretty much picked everything out except for the PSU.
What kind of power supply would actually fit this setup?
ASRock B75M 1155 2x DDR 1600MHz
Intel Pentium G860
WD 750GB 3.5'' Hard Disk
Sapphire 6670 1GB GDDR5
RAM: 2x2GB 1600MHz Corsair
(Gonna just grab the cheapest case and CD-RW I can find xD
The whole rig is just for browsing and some light gaming—nothing crazy, obviously. hh)
Anyway, thanks in advance for the help.
