I'm feeling sick/nauseous

My advice would be to plan out your entire day tomorrow, including your meals. Decide in advance what you will eat, which exercises or activities you intend to perform, and any other obligations you have. Once you complete a task, check it off; I suspect you will find a great deal of satisfaction in doing so. Of course, there may be instances where you need to adjust a meal if you are eating at a university dining hall, but the priority is simply consuming something healthy. As you build momentum, increase your physical activity, though I suppose you shouldn't overexert yourself immediately. You mentioned an interest in dancing, so perhaps set a goal to dance for thirty minutes every day; once you settle into a routine, you could incorporate some sit-ups, push-ups, or crunches during study breaks, gradually increasing those numbers later on. When hunger strikes, I suggest distracting yourself with another task or finding a hobby to occupy your mind for a while.
Here is an example of how one might begin planning:
Breakfast: A bowl of milk with granola and some fruit.
Lunch: A stew or soup, meat, and a salad or similar side.
Dinner: Yogurt with fruit, cheese, or perhaps a protein bar and a banana.
- 30 minutes of dancing
- Between study sessions: 3 sets of 10 sit-ups
- 30 minutes of walking
Gradually increase your activity levels so that by summer, you might spend one day cycling, one day at the gym, and one day running; you should also be able to handle more strength training, such as 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 3 sets of 30 crunches, or 3 sets of 10 push-ups.
If you happen to slip up one day—perhaps by overeating or being completely sedentary—do not give up. It is vital that you stick to your plan. 👍
This is merely an example; you can certainly structure it differently. Good luck. 😉
