What even IS "Kyalami"? I haven't moved an inch past the 1982 "Biturbo." It's smaller, but still a real Maserati... if it had been a Quattroporte, it would've been better, but you'd hear the clinking of dollars leaking out of the exhaust pipe too loudly.

neoneagle93 said:You actually think nobody wrote down what you just said?!?
Just a quick reminder of exactly what you typed - http://www.forum.com/showpost.php?p=7...7&postcount=15
It's you and whoever "cooked this up," the guy making stuff up out of thin air.
And you fell for his little trap faster than you know, while he just sits there acting all wise and silent because he probably realized what he did.
And you're still going...
Give me a break, since when are sneakers not shoes?!
Since when?

What did I do wrong? Seriously, you asking that?
Do you realize that playing dumb goes against the Forum rules?
Though, looking at your track record so far, you clearly think the rules don't apply to you anyway.
I just hope someone finally snaps sense into you and hands out a proper penalty.

🥱Not sleepy, huh? I see you're being *so* diligent, digging through everything you can find.
Impressive. But honestly, good thing you dug that up, otherwise someone might actually think we have "cannibals" over here. You can see for yourself it's just pure trolling. Or maybe it isn't? Who knows, but my input in that thread was strictly for the laughs. Now I regret it. Whatever. I thought, "Hey, let me chime in here too" (since who else is gonna?), and immediately antet uses it just to "blackmail" me—all because I put in my signature that water is also wet. Antet, you're out here hunting for my "punishment" over some fake threat that wasn't even a threat, yet the way you've been insulting me this whole time? Nobody cares.
"The grandma stole all the cookies from the grandkid." See, the whole time I've been writing here on the Forum, I've just been defending myself. I'm not attacking. I'm not digging through old posts or dragging them up. I don't even quote replies to opposing posts. Because if I worked as hard as you—and of course your little squad—tracking every single thing, ambushing people, and all that nonsense you do, it would mean I’ve completely lost my mind and urgently need an extinguisher (specifically for the psychiatric ward for hopeless cases).
You really dragged me into this late night, now I can't even sleep. It's 3:33 AM. And I was tired as a dog. Now? Not anymore. No way I'm sleeping before 5:30 or 6:00. If I don't fall asleep at the wheel tomorrow morning and wrap my car around a tree by the highway—well, maybe we'll talk, though I already told you debating you is useless.😁 And if we don't hear from each other again—whatever, you'll have me in that place you seemingly lack (your soul). And if you actually do have one, it would be real nice if you showed it once in a while.😁 Just in case, I'm taking you out of my signature, because if I end up head-first in a willow tree along with my car, you'll be waiting a long time for that.☕😁🍿😉
p.s.- I still don't get this "licking shoes" (?) thing. Did I ever tell you that you had to lick my shoes? I don't get it.
neoneagle93 said:Look, you're lying through your teeth again here.
The fact that you thought it was some big joke to tell me—and anyone else who can't even figure out how to type properly—that we'll all be eating my body along with everyone else you disagree with? Yeah, I didn't find that funny one bit.
And that whole comment about kissing your shoes? Not laughing at that either.

Actually, quite the opposite—I answered specifically because I wouldn't want to try it. It sounds pretty survivable, plus I'd be terrified of catching your "know-it-all virus."😁..
So, no need to be scared... honestly, what did I ever do to you?🙏🤦

As for that "shoe-licking" business(?) Please. I exclusively wear sneakers.🤷
neoneagle93 said:Man, he's said he's leaving a million times already...
Nobody's stopping him from actually walking away.
He should just stick to his word and shut up.

But no, he keeps coming back with the trolling, the insults, the cloning, the lying, the cheating, and the threats...
This is literally the sixth thread (!!!!!!) where he's either the sole reason it exists or one of the main culprits behind it.

I wonder how long this guy would last in any other part of the forum if he kept changing what he said in quotes to make other users look bad?!
Here?
He gets away with it totally clean, no punishment whatsoever.

Why is he being allowed to do this?
That's a question you should be asking someone else.

I was actually about to head to bed, but I thought I'd check this place first—and man, was I right.
I walked away and stopped posting. But you? You can't help yourself. You just have to keep typing.
Is your hand possessed or something? Because you and your buddy are always "saying goodbye" to me with those snarky comments—just like I said, those two old guys on the balcony watching >. I'm not trolling, I'm not insulting anyone, I'm not lying, cheating, or threatening. How does someone even threaten a total stranger on the internet? If you can't tell the difference between a joke and a threat, that's on you. But I have never threatened anyone. Stop making stuff up. Why don't you post the actual "threat" here? Or that other one where I just replied jokingly? I always stay on topic, but you and your crew constantly derail everything into something else entirely. And shvati once and for all that water is water. It’s basic science, the literal foundation of life on this planet.☕
p.s. Please, for the love of God, stop dragging me into these arguments. I don't want to explain the same thing to you for the 7,352nd time. You're wasting your breath, man. Just leave me alone with your frustrations fueled by your total lack of life experience. I won't say you're ignorant, because you've clearly learned some things, but you're definitely immature. Peace out.
neoneagle93 said:Oh, so you're actually trying to tell me everything I wrote is a lie?
Are you seriously claiming you weren't banned for trolling and being a jerk?

This pathetic attempt at trolling says more than anything else.
You’re living in some fantasy land, totally disconnected from reality.

Give me a break. How do you even have the nerve to ask me anything anymore? You and your version of "truth"... It's honestly terrifying how someone can show this much malice and hate toward a complete stranger just because they can't beat me in an actual debate since your arguments are garbage.
Just leave me alone and stop asking me things. You were the one who said if I stopped posting in the thread about changing names, it would prove I'm a better person than you. Well, you said it, and I did it. So back off. I'm done discussing anything with you, so don't bother asking me a single thing ever again.🤦🙏
neoneagle93 said:Wait, you’re seriously telling me he isn't breaking the rules?!
So then why? Just crying on the forum now? Really? So, what comes after the god of cloning?
So then why is it always way too mild and happens far too rarely? Getting punished? Seriously? Because? Insults? Seriously? What's up, forum crowd?
Let’s talk about the absolute filth going on here—people sucking on each other's body parts, kissing shoes, and all that other disgusting crap. Can we just say no? Seriously?

Maybe if you'd take off those rose-colored glasses for once, you'd actually see how much of a mess this "forum romance" thing really is? Seriously, can we get some objectivity here?
Saying someone is a "wonderful person"? Please. You’re either blinded by love or you're just straight-up trolling.
There is no third option.

I had to jump in because I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. So, what, you guys are gonna ban me from the "On the edge of possibility" thread now? I only posted there occasionally just to mess around... Fine. Honestly, I already stopped posting on a few other threads just to keep neoneagle93 and Monty happy. Just trying to give them a win since they clearly can't find happiness anywhere else. Maybe I screwed up, but whatever. But seriously, neoneagle93, you’ve actually crossed the line this time. You're out here spinning nothing but lies about me. You don't get jokes, you don't get sarcasm—you don't get anything. That's why you and your "soulmate" Monty resort to whining and insulting anyone who doesn't parrot your exact opinions. It’s pretty obvious you're just venting your own frustrations caused by a total lack of actual knowledge. You're the one who even pushed that ridiculous theory that "Sea to be water." And Monty was right there backing you up. According to you, the ocean doesn't even count toward that 72% of water coverage on Earth. If you're going to reject all oceans, why don't you tell us how much water is actually left on the planet? You even went as far as saying an ocean and a sea aren't the same thing and have nothing to do with each other... Don't even get me started on the rest of your "Platinum" theories.
So, you actually think H2O isn't just water? For you, the ocean is some kind of lethal poison you can't even touch. Please. I swallow at least a liter of seawater every single day when I’m out swimming, and look at me—still alive. The ocean is easily the healthiest thing on this entire planet. You clearly have no clue that island cities with zero fresh water survive by drinking desalinated seawater. Desalination is apparently as foreign to you as grandma’s old high-waisted trousers. Honestly, you're acting like a total toddler along with your little Monty.
And who else is going to sit there whining and playing the victim if not that same old crew of scientists? Just those two guys. I swear, I haven’t read this much pure fiction in my entire life. Honestly, I’m not even going to drag this out or point fingers at anyone specific, because frankly, backstabbing like that just makes me sick. I refuse to sink to their level. Peace to all the honest people on here.👍😁

Now I finally see what kind of "angels" I'm dealing with here.
Have you ever actually said anything intelligent on this board besides being a jerk??? Now you won't even leave decent people alone. Fine, go ahead, act like you own the whole damn forum. I see how you "skip over" me by whining and playing the victim while nobody even touches you. Maybe try focusing on yourself for once instead of bothering everyone else.🤦
Casey Bennett said:You can't handle that on your own. Your best bet is to reach out to the subforum moderator where the thread lives and ask them to move it to a different topic, provided they actually decide to grant your request—which, let's be honest, isn't a guarantee.

Ah, I get it. So basically, nothing happens... anyway, thanks for the heads-up. Take it easy.👍

neoneagle93 said:It’s honestly disgusting what this guy does and how he gets away with all of it.

Just stumbled onto this and realized you’ve been busy doing... whatever this is... instead of actually contributing anything intelligent to the threads. And honestly, what is there even to say when you and your buddy Brenda Gonzalez12 are out here stubbornly insisting that MORE ISN'T WATER? How are you supposed to have a real conversation with people who have zero clue what they're talking about? They try to patch up their own massive gaps in knowledge and basic decency by insulting and belittling regular users. You want to know why I’ve never reported anyone or ever hit that report button? Because I don't need to. Some people are just miserable and decide to take it out on others behind their backs right here. Give me a break—if what you're doing is "disgusting," then let me tell you that you are actually making me sick right now.😁
Hey, I could use a little hand here. I’m trying to move some full posts—complete with all the pics and videos—from one thread over to another where they actually belong and won't be flagged as "off-topic." How do I pull that off? What’s the play here? Thanks a ton, and cheers everyone!😁
So, I was wondering—if someone dealing with osteolysis starts on something like > or >, say they're working with a private specialist who handles the IV treatments, does that mean they can skip the surgery to cut out the "osteolytic mass"—you know, that tumor encasing the bone? Or is the drug itself enough to stop the bone from breaking down and actually trigger regrowth, making the whole surgery unnecessary?
Angela Wright said:When it comes to age, honestly, probably not. But if that mass is seriously tanking her quality of life, then the option needs to be weighed. The reality is, the surgery itself might not be the primary concern; it's more about how the anesthesia could impact her overall health.
Personally, I'd go looking for a second opinion.

I totally agree. This isn't something you just rush into; you need to sleep on it and get multiple consultations before making a call this heavy. It’s especially tricky because they're planning to tackle two things at once: removing that tumor and dealing with another one on the pelvic bone that's pressing against the hip joint. Since that one is a bit larger, it's basically two surgeries rolled into one. One private clinic actually tried to force my mom into immediate hospitalization—they wanted to whisk her straight to the operating table at the main hospital! We barely escaped that. Mom actually had to sign paperwork refusing the admission just so they'd let her come home.... At the end of the day, you have to be ready for surgery, both physically and mentally. You have to settle your affairs, you know? Just in case. Nobody is saying she's refusing the surgery, but you have to be prepared. This is one of those "life-altering decisions." Plus, she still needs more tests, a biopsy, and a full pathology report to be 100% sure what they're dealing with before deciding to pull the trigger and prep for the big day...🤷
So, my mom is 84, and she’s been diagnosed with a leiomyoma about the size of a man's fist (roughly 10x10). Honestly, she isn't dealing with any bleeding or major complications right now. Two different gynecologists have checked her cytology and everything else, and they're all saying it's fine—just an intramural uterine leiomyoma. They want to follow up in six months since there's no sign of malignancy. The thing is, she’s in pain when sitting or lying down, but I don't think it's actually from the leiomyoma. It’s more likely from an old hip injury; she slipped on some stairs a few years back and banged her pelvis pretty hard. She’s been limping for about five months because this mass formed near her hip joint, which is making things tough. Her gynecologist thinks it has nothing to do with the uterine leiomyoma, but still. One doctor suggested surgery—taking out the uterus along with that mass on her pelvic bone (which is about 12x10cm). Given her age, does it even make sense to go through with something like that? How risky is an operation like that for someone in their 80s? Thanks a million!🤷
So, I just read somewhere that "zoledronic acid" is supposedly a total game-changer for treating osteolysis. They're claiming it's 10,000 times more powerful than your standard bisphosphonates, doesn't cause nasty side effects, and you only need it once a month. Sounds too good to be true, right? Anyway, I was wondering—can you actually get this on a prescription here in the States, assuming a specialist gives the green light, and what kind of damage does it actually do to your wallet?
Does anyone know how to actually dial down the pain from osteolysis—you know, bone tumors—without jumping straight into chemo? Does stuff like "cold compresses" or hydrotherapy actually do anything? My mom is on Tramal right now, but it makes her feel absolutely nauseous, so she switches to Panadol extra sometimes since it’s easier on her stomach... If anyone has dealt with this, please weigh in. I'd love to hear your experiences. Thanks and cheers, everyone! 🤷
Nicole Long28 said:There’s actually an even better option than Aredia called Zometa, which is registered here and can be bought without a prescription. An ampule (which provides enough for one IV dose to be repeated every three weeks) costs about $667. Aredia is also given via IV every three weeks, but the administration takes much longer—the infusion lasts several hours, whereas the Zometa infusion is only about 20 minutes.

At our oncology centers, you really need some heavy-duty connections to get them to cover Aredia through the hospital or Medicare or whatever else. They prefer those cheap little "Tic Tac" drugs like Bonefos; sure, they're all in the same class, but it's not exactly the same as drinking a budget house wine versus a bottle of Dom Perignon, even if they are both wine. You won't find Zometa at the clinics because, besides being the most expensive, according to the fascist guidelines from Medicare, it's supposedly reserved for men with prostate cancer that has metastasized to the bone. As for women with breast cancer metastasizing to the bone? Forget about it. That's why most female oncology patients have probably never even heard of this drug.

So, Zometa is supposed to be better than Aredye, but they won't give it to you on prescription... Can women actually get Aredya? And how much does that cost? Also, is there anything else out there that helps manage pain from, say, a pelvic tumor??? Thanks and cheers!😕
Angela Wright said:Look, it really doesn't matter what category it falls into because you won't be able to get it without a doctor's order, and since it's administered IV, it's strictly for hospital use.
If you want to speed things up, your only real option is to go see a private oncologist. You could reach out to someone like Dr. Čepulić, for example, and consult with them.

Thanks for the tips. I'm honestly not sure what the plan is yet. I have to pick up the mammogram results this Friday, then head to my mom's doctor. If it looks like we're facing a massive wait, I'll have to do something about it—summer is right around the corner, and once everyone hits the beach, everything slows down. What then? If it looks necessary, we'll go see Dr. Čepulić. I need to find out where he practices and which hospital he's at... Best,😢
Sam Kim12 said:There is also Pamitor (Torrex Chiessi Pharma GmbH) available on the market.

Donna Miller4 — look, since this is an intravenous drug, the dosage isn't some arbitrary number; it depends entirely on plasma calcium concentrations and several other clinical factors. It must be handled under strict medical supervision, so you really need to sort that out and consult with a specialist first😉 regarding the "what," the "how," and whether you are even permitted to receive it at all, 🤷 just as Jose Miller3 pointed out.

Yeah, I see there's also "Aredye"—pamidronate—which is also for osteolysis. But honestly, in our current situation, by the time someone actually sees an oncologist, they might as well be "trying to fix a house with duct tape." We're already in the fifth month, and Mom had her first round of tests back in January... the wait for testing is brutal. Her last thing was a mammogram, and we'll get those results this Friday. Her Ca 15-3 was at 49, though her other markers look fine. I read somewhere that given her age (83), that might actually be normal, or could be elevated due to benign issues—she has a leiomyoma and some ovarian cyst... plus there's that lesion on the pelvic bone. I'm doing everything I can to help her—I've got a blender and a juicer, so I make her fruit and veggie juices and smoothies three times a day—and her condition is pretty much holding at the status quo. She can still walk somewhat, but back in February, she couldn't move at all and could barely get out of bed. Now, it hurts whenever she lies down or sits. She doesn't have osteoporosis; she was tested for that too, it's just that specific spot—something is going on with the bone in her pelvis, probably from a fall she had 4 or 5 years ago... etc. Right now, my main question is: does this "Aredye" count as "chemotherapy" since it's an injection, or is it just a "standard medication" for osteolysis???🤷
Hey everyone. So, my mom is dealing with osteolysis, and I came across this drug called "Hidensil" that’s specifically meant for that. The thing is, I have no clue how to actually get a hold of it. Can a regular GP just write a prescription for it, or is there some other way to go about it? Does anyone here know anything about this??? Thanks a million.
