It’s a bit of a long one—admittedly—but I actually enjoyed it. The family drama and the legal tension were woven together quite seamlessly by the end; it was a genuinely engaging watch 👍.
It was absolutely stunning 😍. I had an incredible time. Joan was gorgeous—down-to-earth, approachable, and exactly who I needed her to be. The whole concert flew by; honestly, if it had been any longer, it still wouldn't have been enough. The way she performed Diamonds and Rust hit home perfectly—the sheer effort put into mastering that set was evident, and whoever suggested she play it? Pure genius. 👍 I’m repeating myself, but I truly, deeply loved it 😍.
On a side note, the show started right on schedule, though I missed the first two songs because people were still shuffling into their seats 😁.
Haha, absolutely brilliant 😍. I actually got chills 😍. The setlist looks incredible 👍, though if I had to pick, I’d go with unknown and unknown—those are easily her best. Honestly, I can't wait 👋.
The venue is at the local student center—it’s a pretty small hall. I checked the seating chart, and they've only moved about 30 tickets so far, but there's still plenty of time left, so I'm hoping for a full house 😁. In honor of that, I just pulled up my JB Music Playlist; she's absolutely wonderful div>
Bringing this back from the dead, but she’s finally coming to NYC 😍. Ever since I realized a day late back in '08 that she had actually been in town, I've been holding out hope for a return—and now it's actually happening. Now if I can just get my credit card statement to clear so I can grab a ticket 🙂.
I absolutely love her, though like most people, I'm probably more familiar with the classics than anything recent div>
Watched it yesterday—fun, but honestly, what you see is what you get 😁. I’m just stuck on one thing: why does he turn to him right at the start and mention heading to New York City? I don't see how that even connects to anything 😁
Watched 😬 yesterday. Look, it’s not "catastrophically bad" (that title currently belongs to the last Hercules movie, in my opinion)—it’s more like "laughably bad" 😁. When Kiefer is racing down the road in a four-horse chariot, the road is impossibly pristine while everything else is in total ruins—give me a break 😁. Fifteen minutes into the movie, I told my partner that Attisus would probably die before he even finished saying he was dying a free man. And what happens? We were laughing. Hard 🤣
Bottom line: we had a good time. Isn't that what movies are actually for? Entertainment 😁.
Oh, and one 🙏 at the end. I honestly thought he’d make a run for it until the very last second. Also, a quick LOL at the final scene when they turn to ash. His hair strangely vanished, yet hers stayed perfectly intact 😍.
Just watched it—what a massive letdown 😢 The scenes felt completely unconnected, which totally killed the pacing. You never actually get to know the characters or build any kind of emotional bond with them, so when those supposedly "touching" moments happen, I just felt 🥳. Honestly, it was pretty mediocre.
What a stunning film 😍. It’s warm, deeply moving—honestly, I loved it. Just a heartfelt human story that hits you right where it counts. The acting is superb, the script is tight, and the cinematography is gorgeous; there's plenty to appreciate here. Choosing black and white really elevated the whole experience. I found myself laughing out loud at certain parts—like when the old lady lifts her skirt and starts asking the grave, "see what you could have had?" 🤣—while other moments were pure heartbreak that left me in tears. The entire ending is just beautiful 🙂.
Bruce Dern is phenomenal. I’ve seen his work in Dallas Buyers Club and Wolf, but after watching Nebraska, I’d give Bruce the Oscar for Best Actor in a heartbeat 🙂.
Yeah, it's clearly highlighted—including that whole "is my cleavage too low?" scene—but I don't know, I just didn't feel any spark between the two of them 😬.
Watched it yesterday—really enjoyed 👍. All three nominations were totally earned, though whether they actually take home an Oscar remains to be seen; I still have a few more films to get through first.
Anyway, Jared was incredible—that scene where he goes to see his dad 🙏. No makeup, no costume, yet he looked like a complete woman.
On the other hand, Jennifer Garner was underwhelming. She felt exactly the same as always; her character just lacked any real depth. With MMA, it’s obvious what drives him: first survival, then profit. It’s only much later that he realizes he actually cares. But Jennifer 🤷, why did she care so much about Rayon? "He was my friend also"? Since when? Honestly, I think she’s only there to provide a little bit of reassurance that "hey, there are actually some good doctors out there."
Maxy used to carry beautiful stuff—expensive, sure, but high quality. I haven't been there in years, so my intel might be a bit dated. The only catch was that their selection back then leaned heavily toward middle-aged and older gentlemen—I mostly went there for the women's clothing.
Call it what you want—I know people track non-food items based on whatever’s currently in stock. But honestly? I’d much rather go somewhere where I can actually test things out on the spot (I realize you can return stuff at Target, but still)—so if anyone has any suggestions, I’d appreciate it 🙂.
