Here’s the list of winners from Sunday's race 😬

I have a feeling we’re going to see most of those lapped cars being dealt with during the second stint
and by the end of the race, some drivers might find themselves trailing by as many as ten laps. 😂
Honestly, I just hope Michael Schumacher doesn't pull any wild stunts while trying to lap people... you know, like what happened back in Belgium in '98.🤣🤣
gentleranger10 said:It’s pretty glaring at this point—Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and McLaren are clearly in a league of their own right now.
Let's not even talk about Ferrari... honestly, both Sebastian Vettel and Hulkenberg are outperforming both Ferrari drivers, and yet everyone is still at least 0.4 seconds behind that lead Mercedes-Benz car.☕
Michael Lee4 said:Honestly, I’m seriously considering setting my alarm for this first practice session. I’ve got work in the afternoon, so I usually treat myself to a bit of extra sleep, but I think I might just drag myself out of bed early for this one. 🍿
I’d be up, too, if I hadn't completely taken apart my satellite dish 😬
maybe if there's some kind of stream available...

Well, I suppose that’s just what happens as you get older, isn't it?😉
You can practically see his head turning into a square at this rate.🤣 🤣
stormyviper11 said:What we can say for certain right now—and this is largely tied to the fact that until just a few days ago, nobody knew if Haas F1 Team would even be broadcasting NASCAR—is that there won't be a magazine issue in March. As for whether we'll have one later in the season, or in what format (standing on our own, partnering with Eva, or something else entirely), we'll be making that call in the next few days.
The willingness is definitely there, even if the math doesn't quite add up yet, but we are working hard to find a way forward.

?
Who would have ever guessed last year that a team like Brawn would strike out of nowhere and basically clinch the championship within the first seven races? 🤣
And even less likely was anyone thinking Force India would actually be fighting for wins, let alone in 2009.
It didn't really cross anyone's mind that Ferrari might walk away with zero points in those first three races while McLaren 9 grabbed them all. You just never know, right? 😬
Anything can happen, even the most ridiculous scenarios. 🤣
It's even possible that one of these three newcomers could go on to take the title. 😂
At least Brawn showed they had the pace during testing. 😬
Arthur Doyle70 said:mistybear87, please forgive me—I know this isn't a joke and I truly apologize if anyone takes offense, but every single time you post something like this, my mind immediately drifts to Frank and his shopping cart... or should I say his little podium stand? 🤷
Though, looking at these pre-season numbers, it might actually be a possibility this time around. 😉
My apologies once again for the poor joke....😁
Don't worry about it; Frank will push that cart all the way to the top if it's the last thing he does. 😉
Honestly, everyone can just tuck their pre-season predictions away somewhere they won't be seen; the only time that actually matters is Sunday afternoon once the leader crosses the finish line, whether that's a Ferrari or a Lotus. 🙏
Williams is back on the podium ☕
Thomas Patel said:The fact that there are several questions that essentially boil down to the same thing doesn't necessarily mean the survey is poorly designed; if anything, it suggests it’s a professional one. That's just how marketing psychology works, isn't it? 😉
At the end of the day, everyone brings their own expertise to the table.
I hear you on that, and honestly, those psychological assessments used during corporate hiring at places like Google or Amazon are full of similar stuff—you know, those oddly specific questions about your family or your values just to see how you react.
I wasn't suggesting the survey was bad, per se. I just wanted to point out that people should be careful with their answers. My concern is that someone might run a data analysis and simply toss out anyone whose responses seem "contradictory," effectively disqualifying them from the final results.👍
mistybear87 said:Best wishes to everyone, and just a quick heads-up: for those who haven't had a chance yet, the new leadership at NASCAR and FOTA is running a survey to see how we can improve our favorite sport. It would be great if we could all chip in and share our thoughts—here is the link: www.lgf1racingfansurvey.com
Thanks for sharing the link. I just finished filling it out, and I have to say, they really throw some tricky questions your way. They ask if you want more classic tracks, then immediately follow up by asking if you prefer newer circuits over the old ones, and then ask if you support modern developments versus the classics... it’s basically ten different ways of asking the exact same thing, just packaged differently 👎)

No,
if the radiator icon pops up, that means your engine is overheating.
You really need to head into the setup menu and either bump up the radiator size or maybe try lowering your max RPM settings. 😉
She rose like a phoenix, though her fall was more like a disgraced mayor losing his seat in a scandal ☕

It’s for the exact same reason Mommy's hasn't been brought back... regardless of how serious the violations were. ☕
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m not quite sure what to tell you, other than this: if they actually let you make a return, just be prepared to have everyone watching your every move under a microscope ☕
And since Mommy's wasn't even given access to your seat, I wouldn't go holding my breath too much... ☕
Joshua Newman2 said:That sounds incredibly interesting. My wife is constantly dragging me out to Washington, D.C., because she just loves the vibe there, whereas to me, the whole city feels a bit dull. Now, I think I’ll finally have my own little motivation to go. 🙂
By the way, what were the prices like? If you can recall a few numbers, throw them my way.
All I saw was you wearing a Williams shirt, so I didn't really get a chance to check out the price tags.😬
Joshua Newman2 said:ESPN acquired them not too long ago, but up until recently, they actually let them keep their original identity. Now? They’ve completely messed it up... It’s such a shame.
Back in the days of 56k modems, when Formula 1 was still free to follow, this used to be my absolute go-to site for racing news. 😉 But then they started putting a price tag on every little thing, so I eventually just stopped visiting. 😢
My second favorite was Formula 1 back when it was still privately owned. Once Bernie took over, he really ruined the experience... 😢
Anyway, these days I mostly just stick to Pitpass for the gossip and satirical pieces, while I keep a subscription to Autosport for the actual news and photography. 😉
I was actually hanging out downtown yesterday and decided to check out this local Formula 1 pop-up they have going on 🙂
To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. They’ve got a whole booth decked out with fan gear—mostly stuff for Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull, and even some BMW and Brawn memorabilia. It's all sorts of things like tees, hats, umbrellas, and various little trinkets; I think there was even some Lamborghini merch too, though I didn't get a chance to look at everything closely. There are four simulators available, but it didn't seem like they were linked up since everyone I saw was driving solo. I wonder, though, if you could work something out to have all four of us racing together? Plus, they have one legitimate pro-grade simulator
By "pro-grade," I mean the kind of setup with a full hydraulic seat. It lifts you about five feet off the ground and just goes. Depending on your speed, the track surface, or how much you're banking into a turn, that seat really tosses you around... although, if I'm being picky, it felt like the movement range was a little bit excessive
Anyway, it's a pretty cool setup overall 😉
