Here are some cheap records I bought thinking they’d be absolute classics, but honestly, they were pretty disappointing:

1. XTC - English Settlement 😈
2. The Housemartins - both albums
3. The Human League - Hysteria (man, what a total disaster)
4. Elvis Costello - King of America (though even he misses the mark sometimes)
5. Led Zeppelin - In Through the Out Door

On the flip side, here are some budget finds I picked up just out of pure curiosity, thinking they wouldn't be much, but they actually turned out to be fantastic:

1. Ultravox - Vienna
2. Ultravox - Quartet
3. Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak 🙂
4. Lene Lovich - Stateless
5. Zana - Natrag na Voz
