they're actually the band that eventually became The Beautiful South. I mean, okay, they aren't quite AS awful as B.S., and they have a few decent pop hits, but it’s just not really my style. Honestly, the B-sides from The Smiths sound ten times better than any of their big radio hits.

Oh boy... I know some people were complaining about the sound quality at the Japanese concert, but personally, I thought it was awesome! It felt just like listening to a gritty old CD—total sonic chaos (even if my wife ended up needing her hearing checked the next day, haha). Maybe it’s just because I was wearing earplugs, though.
