If I can handle albums and live shows, why shouldn't I be able to handle the core of it all—just a damn good song 🙂
For me, it’s the usual routine, just a collection of radio-friendly hits 😍 Big thanks to Last.fm for the assist 😘
1. Mogwai - The Sun Smells Too Loud
🙏 🙏 🙏
2. The Killers - human 3. Radiohead - Violet Hill 4. Radiohead - Violet Hill 5. Beyoncé - Beyoncé 6. The Killers - Spaceman 7. Jovanott - mezzogiorno 8. Neno i Massimo - Zar Više Nema Nas 9. TV on the Radio - Lover's day 10. Britney Spears - Womanizer 😳
I’d probably call the third one MY CITY THEN AND NOW🙏
Have you ever messed around with music production software before? If you decide to dive into that, my advice would be to stick with some kind of minimalist setup—just so you don't lose the very thing that makes your songs hit home in the first place, which is... honestly? That raw sincerity.
The only real difference between last time and this time around is that my expectations were through the roof, but they played like absolute trash 🙂 anyway😍 🙏 while meanwhile, they went and scored a massive hit with Massima 🙏 🙏
Drew Adams58 said:but if we’re actually heading from Mogwai over to Neno, I’m the one driving, which means I can't drink, and there's just no way I'm showing up to Neno's sober.
Honey, I only just saw this. Of course you won't, so Samuel Murphy6 will just cover the Uber. It's fine. 🙂
Assuming I even end up going to Mogwai—because my faith in that actually seems to be dwindling by the day—I'll offer my little contribution in the form of a retrospective:
acid food (0) travel is dangerous (0) i chose horses () (0) sine wave (0)
And we all know that history is supposed to be life's greatest teacher, right? 😢
I was actually thinking about doing things the other way around, heading over to Wrigley Field 😬 and then maybe hitting up some spots like the Bean, Millennium Park, and the waterfront 🙂
But first, I really need to check when The Sun Smells Too Loud is playing 🙈 If they don't end up performing, then whatever, who cares? 🙂 <-- the guy mentioned just above
