So, a buddy of mine just dropped off his PC for me to look at. It’s running Windows 7, and I tried hooking it up via Ethernet to get him back online, but no luck—it’s basically just sitting there staring at me, telling me I need to download some network adapter driver. Now I'm stuck wondering how I'm even supposed to figure out which specific driver he needs, and if I can just grab the installer, toss it onto a USB drive, and run it on his machine once I've got it sorted. If anyone knows the drill, I could really use a hand here. 😢
The installation finally kicked off and it looks like we’re almost there🙂 Seriously, man, thanks a million for the hand. Now comes the fun part—getting all my games and software set up😁
So, I've got my USB drive ready and the ISO file is sitting right there on my D: drive, but honestly, what's even the point if I have zero clue how to actually burn it or get it onto the stick?
As far as the cabling goes, everything's hooked up just like it was before. I think I totally blew it when I tried to transfer the DVD, so now I’m stuck hunting down some fresh windows. I really thought I could just roll back to how things were, but clearly, I wasn't that lucky. Once I get a chance to test out some other options, I'll give you guys an update on whether it actually worked. Thanks for keeping me in the loop, you two.🙂
To be totally honest, I’m pretty clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff, even though I’ve managed to get Windows installed once or twice before. Here’s the deal... I pop in the Windows 7 DVD, and everything seems fine until I pick my language. Right after that, it just hits me with this error message: "A required CD.DVD drive device is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD/DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: if the Windows installation media is the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step." Then it gives me the option to either hit 'Browse' or 'Cancel.' Obviously, clicking cancel doesn't do squat, and if I hit browse, I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to be looking for. I'm typing this out on my phone, so sorry if this post looks a bit messy. If the DVD was burned incorrectly, how do I go back to how things were? I'm seriously stuck and don't have a clue what to do next.
So, I tried reinstalling Windows, right? But the second I started, it threw a massive error about a driver issue—you know, that whole "missing driver" headache. Then, get this: once I yanked the Windows DVD out and tried to reboot, my PC just stared back at me with this screen saying a disk read error occurred and BOOTMGR is missing. Total nightmare. Anyone got any tips on how I can dig myself out of this mess?😢
So, I’ve been slamming this apple, beet, and carrot juice blend every single day for about two and a half months now, and honestly? I feel like a completely different person. It’s wild. Before I started this, I was basically a zombie—I could sleep for like 12 hours straight and still wake up feeling like I hadn't slept at all. But after getting into this routine, I started waking up way earlier, and the best part is actually feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day instead of dragging myself out of bed. You really have to stick with it, though; it’s not a magic pill you take once. You need to be consistent and drink at least about 10 ounces a day for several months to see the real magic happen. Once I felt the shift, I actually found the energy and the mental drive to start hitting the gym, which was unheard of for me before because I had zero willpower. Now, my whole schedule has shifted—I’m hitting the hay earlier and rising with the sun. Most importantly, that heavy, sluggish, "brain fog" feeling that used to plague me all day long? Totally gone. Just toss two apples, a few carrots, and a bit of beet into a juicer every day and 🙂
My bad if there’s already a thread for this kind of thing and I just missed it, but I couldn't find anything specific. I've been dealing with this nagging pain in my elbow and shoulder for years now, and I finally got some new imaging results back. I was hoping maybe someone here knows a bit more about what this actually means...
1. Chronic tendinopathy of the supraspinatus tendon...
The rotator cuff tendons show no signs of any actual tears or breaks in continuity. The supraspinatus tendon itself looks normal in terms of echogenicity, but it's super inhomogeneous, though the cranioconvex contours are still intact—basically, it's chronic tendinopathy, but there aren't any signs that it's flared up into an acute stage right now. The long head of the biceps tendon is sitting right where it should be, looking normal and uninflamed. The subacromial-subdeltoid bursa looks fine too, and there's no fluid buildup in the joint.
2. Chronic enthesopathy, basically "tennis elbow," without any signs of acute inflammation, showing some post-traumatic thickening of the finger extensor tendon near the metacarpal head...
Hey everyone, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction regarding where I can get an ultrasound for my elbow out in California (honestly, I wouldn't mind driving out to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Newport Beach, or even Cleveland) and what kind of damage I'm looking at price-wise? I’ve been dealing with some massive, chronic issues with my elbow and the pain is just brutal, so there's no way in hell I can wait two or three months for an appointment with my primary doctor —it's just not happening. I’m thinking about just heading straight to a private clinic instead. Also, if anyone happens to know, is this the same type of thing pregnant women get done? You know, like that 3D or 4D stuff? Is that actually important for what I need? If anyone knows, please let me know. THANKS!
