And yeah... they're missing a bit of that charisma and presence you get from the old drummer. This guy isn't quite as precise, either. But he's good. He plays from the heart, and that's what matters.🙂

Also, what a disaster at the end... in a moment of drunken stupidity, I agreed with Fred that I'd perform at the Thunderbird Guild too. Big mistake. I'll see about that tonight. Morning brings more clarity than a drunk night.☕ 😍

Though, haha, there are plenty of weird details in there. For some reason—and I kid because it's true—they keep making things up about me. One minute I've supposedly become a bassist (gross), the next they're claiming someone sang a Bejbiz song at the end of the S.U.S. set. What the hell? 😲 Anyway, let's move on. Thanks to the journalists for the coverage and the shots. 🙂

As for the bands, if you were there, you know who played. 🙂 I won't get into specifics. All I'll say is I've found some new heroes. Voodoo Cadillac 🙏

A special thanks to Biljane for opening the festival. They had a tough gig playing that early, and I know they didn't get the reception they deserved. That’s the only thing I truly regret. Everything else went according to plan per PE-ES.
One last thing. We survived this and pulled it all together purely through our own sweat and blood. Huge thanks to Zaki first and foremost, and a heartfelt thanks to everyone else who pitched in. 🙏 And it'll stay that way—the government and sponsors can fuck off. 👍
