Honestly, the only thing worth watching in this flick is the 3D. I felt like I was stuck watching a cartoon the whole time... the characters are just caricatures of themselves. Plus, the tone is all over the place—never quite landing on one note. It’s just too flippant.
Does anyone have a stream link for the practice sessions? I'm dying to watch—of course, our local networks aren't broadcasting it... so please, if anyone has a link, drop it here or slide into my DMs thanks in advance
I honestly have no idea who this is supposed to scare... we aren't kids anymore. To me, it’s just pure comedy—honestly, I thought only Americans fell for this kind of stuff...
Honestly, this kind of thing could only happen in America... Only in the States would you see people pulling stunts this ridiculous just because they're chasing a buck.🙂
Jose Thompson said:You basically snatched the words right out of my mouth 😛—I was literally about to post that exact thing, but you beat me to it.
I’ve gotta jump in here too... looks like I'm not the only one noticing this. It's pretty obvious some people are being pushed by certain guys... it's beyond irritating.🙄
Great concept, sure... but that’s about it. Everything else is such absolute garbage that it doesn't even qualify as truth—I honestly don't know how I sat through the whole thing. Just, wow, incredibly bad.🙂
Maria Morgan2 said:Man, what an absolute joke of an NGO. You're seriously better off just sitting down and watching Ip Man, you know, that movie about the legendary Wing Chun master. It’s actually based on true stories too, so it's way more legit than all this nonsense.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm really more interested in the actual Kung Fu, Wing Chun, and all that good stuff.😉
Seriously, what is with all this talk about Blood and Bone or Never Back Down? Does anyone here actually have experience training any kind of martial art??
Without a shadow of a doubt, for the last decade, Ong Bak has been my absolute favorite—it’s a martial arts movie that simply has no competition.😉)
I used to be obsessed with bloody sport; I watched it every single morning. It was trying to pull double duty like Jean-Claude Van Damme, but looking back at it today, I realize Van Damme is really just a ballet master who took a wrong turn into a gym.😉)
