You should simply download OpenOffice, which is completely free and handles all document types, including those .doc files from Office, without any issues at all! You can reset any user password without needing to know the current one.

To view all existing user accounts:

1) While logged into the computer, click the Start Menu and type CMD.

2) In the Command Prompt window, simply type net users. This will display every single account on the system, including hidden ones.

To change a specific user account password:

1) Once you have accessed the machine using an administrator account, open the Start Menu and type CMD.

2) Within the Command Prompt window, type net user, followed by the username and an asterisk, then hit Enter.
For example: net user administrator * or net user "Joe Biden" *—just ensure you put the name in quotes if there is a space.

I fail to see the fundamental purpose behind such a feature! If someone decides to block you, it sends a perfectly clear message that they have no desire to maintain contact with you—and honestly, one should consider whether they themselves are the underlying cause—so I simply cannot fathom why anyone would feel the need to go searching for a list of who has blocked them. It would be far more productive to start by asking ourselves why that person chose to cut ties in the first place.
