Wedding cakes and desserts in Weddings ·
Words, non-words, traditions, old customs... it doesn't really matter how you spin it—it all falls apart because homemade treats simply CANNOT be brought into the banquet hall, restaurant, or hotel..

I guess I'm not sure about the main courses, but for things like pastries or small bites, yeah, maybe that could work.

We put down a deposit on a pig at Tom and Ann's today 🙂
one less thing to worry about, I guess 😁

Hey everyone, this thread is getting massive—I won't try to list everything right now—but does anyone have any experience dealing with Tom or Ann?? Not that I really care that much, since there's always going to be someone out there looking for something to criticize, I guess. I'm mostly just wondering if everything went smoothly, was professional, and followed what was agreed upon?
Can you swim with tampons? in Women's Health ·
Alright, ladies, listen up.
Back when I was 14, I was vacationing with the absolute chaos crew—basically a traveling circus—and my period happened to hit right at the same time. I was swimming using those tiny mini-tampons. Since I was a virgin back then, it wasn't like I was... well, "open," if you know what I mean, and I wasn't exactly sensitive to anything yet—so a little water getting in didn't really matter. It’s not that the damn tampon gets super bloated or soaked through, it's just something you feel. While you're swimming, kicking your legs around in the ocean, you just get that sensation of a cool trickle sliding in there next to the tampon. (And no, I wasn't born "broken" or without a hymen; when I finally lost my virginity, it was like watching red waterfalls from Niagara Falls :rolajz: )
I honestly have no idea why some people experience water getting in while others don't. For those of you saying nothing gets in—I don't know, maybe you're just built differently? Or maybe you just aren't paying attention. Maybe you don't even notice that split-second temperature change when a little bit of water slips past. Who knows, I guess.
The point is, it isn't weird at all for a little water to get in.
