Has anyone here had a cyst aspiration done? I'm wondering if it's actually painful. How long does the whole thing take?
I have a larger one—a follicular or "water" cyst—and my doctor suggested we could just drain it via puncture.
It doesn't seem like a complicated procedure, but I'm still feeling a little nervous about it.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a private endocrinologist in Chicago?

I think we should move back to the basal measurement thread. I’m worried the wannabe theme is just going to become a total mess. Plus, there are some girls who don't want to join the wannabe theme but have always been part of MBT... which means we won't be able to discuss our graphs or other issues with them anymore.

The nurse at my doctor's office is such a grouchy old lady that there's no way I'm letting her draw my blood 😳😳... she has zero patience and isn't kind to patients at all. Honestly, I think the doctor would end up drawing my blood before that nurse even gets a chance to 😁
As for the crowd, I'm pretty sure it'll be packed regardless.

Sure, we could do a different flavor for each one, but the manager told us it’s probably better not to mix them up too much. 🤷...but obviously, if we really want a unique flavor per floor, they'll make it happen.

Chocolate mousse and strawberry-chocolate parfait are non-negotiable. Their panna cotta is decent, the pistachio parfait is great, and the hazelnut is fine too...

Hehe, now I'm totally lost on what to pick 😂, but if you say the mousse and strawberry-choco are non-negotiable, then it has to be good.
The staff there actually suggested we shouldn't mix too many flavors—not sure why, maybe because the cake is three tiers high? 😕
