🤮 for Smith I'm doing a total facepalm for Knight.
It honestly feels like it's high time they hired a professional screenwriter, because the current direction just doesn't hold water. What’s even more frustrating is that his last few films have felt like half-baked, unfinished products. It's like *The Last Airbender* was just thrown together in a single afternoon without a second thought.

Just didn't make any sense at all. 🤷Sure, it looks great visually, but then again, it's kind of hard for a modern sci-fi flick *not* to look pretty. 4/10
More thoughts on the movie over here: http://passpopcorn.wordpress.com/201...er-earth-2013/
I haven't seen it yet, but I suspect Smith botched it since he's the one heading this project.
What really interests me is whether Shyamalan actually stepped up his game technically, because his last few films have been quite distasteful. It felt like there wasn't even a decent attempt at editing; those mid-scene cuts make it seem like he couldn't care less and is only there for the paycheck.
Alilovic has played his absolute best season since I've been following him. People tend to forget that he used to be someone who could pull off one or two huge defensive stops in clutch moments. He has never possessed this level of constant, unwavering consistency before.

It seems like we are the only ones ever feeling the fatigue during these tournaments!
It’s time to pack it up. After touring the proud heart of the American anti-calculator movement, calling out to God in the heavens, paying homage to General Gotovina, and grinding away against those Danes, it’s finally time for K&K to dust themselves off and exit the States.
Eric Fox7 said:It’s clear the players were determined to win regardless of the circumstances; it’s no surprise that Chuck (nor Billy the Kid) was getting worked up. Their moves were strictly in the spirit of fair play, even if that fairness means facing much tougher opponents. Just imagine if we had tried to play games and then got knocked out by the Mexicans—it would have been an absolute disaster and a total embarrassment. At least this way, we know exactly where we stand, even if our current position isn't exactly ideal.
Exactly. We’d be eliminated by those aggressive Mexicans, all while chasing medals through the French and the Danes.
If necessary, Rocas will hit the post nine times out of ten. In fact, he might just break the woodwork entirely, sending the ball straight into the net. 🙂
But none of that matters now. It’s time to shift our focus toward the upcoming matchups.

He hit it from much closer range, right from within the crease.
I don't quite see why everyone is fixated solely on the French team. The issue isn't France; it's our strategy. Instead of preparing for matchups against heavy hitters like the Mexicans, Germans, or even Russians, we're wasting energy navigating through Belarusians, Frenchmen, and Danes. If we make it to the finals, we’ll likely run into a rested Spanish squad playing on their home turf, backed by officials in red jerseys.
If we end up getting knocked out by either the French or the Danes, we’ll inevitably hear the same old sob stories from Gopčev—claims that the draw was rigged against us, that we’re heading home with heads held high despite losing, or that gold is reserved only for those who play dirty, That the IHF stacked the bracket for the host nation, or that we simply burned too much fuel in the group stages, and that if we hadn't hit the French so early, the gold would be ours... and so on and so forth.
