The last time we stepped on the scale together, I definitely had more mass on me.
Timothy Evans has a couple of inches on me height-wise, too.
If you want to talk waistlines, I’d say we’re basically neck and neck there.
We'll just have to wait for the photo finish to see who really wins this one.
If you want those flyers, show up at the diner tomorrow.
This year’s summer blowout at the swamp is going to be an absolute showdown between the local hillbillies and Mustache.
The music kicks off at midnight, and we've got a lineup of DJs ready to go, plus special guests Shamso 69 and Ana Sekso hitting the stage. Entry is $5.00, but if you show up with a flyer, it's totally free.

For those of you who aren't in the loop, Vekij is better known as Shamso 69

Consuelo, you have completely lost your damn mind ☕

Go read the actual signal and see if I'm acting like some guy from rural Nebraska :2up: :razbija pokući:

Man... I'd bet my life savings your location used to say some tiny town in Kansas one of these days
doesn't matter... you're claiming you're out in the middle of nowhere, some dusty outskirts of Des Moines...

Wait, weren't you hanging out with Skalica at one point?

I actually saw a couple of guys trying to throw hands with the security guards earlier. People have completely lost their minds. Honestly, thank God the guards stayed chill, especially considering how aggressive people usually get at these kinds of events.

I just stumbled upon a version by Karma. Ugh... it’s honestly pretty amateur hour. It’s no surprise they managed to pull off some success during that tour in the Czech Republic.
It's got this repetitive, clunky rhythm and some guy trying way too hard with those cheesy "everybody dance now" tropes, which actually stuck in my head more than I'd like to admit. That synth sound is absolutely killer, though. It just goes to show that solid production accounts for over half of an album's success.
When is Karma finally playing a show in Chicago?

Decibels of love, that is music

🤔

I stripped the original because I couldn't track down the Carmen version. And honestly, it isn't even a great song—just some Eurodance garbage with ridiculous vocals from the Czech Republic. It could be done way better than this.

I honestly don't see any reason why we shouldn't just take the guy out ourselves. We aren't going to end up behind bars, either; any judge in this country would acquit us for something like this.

Elvis Presley Robin Williams6 said:Give me a break, it wasn't even that bad.☕

And what else?
If that wasn't a total disaster, then I don't know what is.
For the first ten minutes, I couldn't recognize a single song because the noise was just absolutely unbearable. My buddy actually started feeling sick from all that unarticulated racket, so we had to retreat to the lobby just to catch our breath. It wasn't until we were out there that we could even start to pick out a few choruses. We honestly couldn't believe how terrible it sounded, so after giving them a ten-minute break, we decided to give it one more shot. We walked back in right as Jerry Seinfeld asked, "have you ever heard of band called Black Flag?". What a total lowlife, acting like we don't live in El Paso. Yeah, sure, you've heard of them. You absolute moron. We tried listening to two more tracks, but nothing was recognizable—it was a complete disaster. We fled outside again, and by then, plenty of other people had already given up and were standing around complaining to each other. We just got in the car and put on an American dance hits station on the radio instead, which was a hundred times better. We sat there waiting for Green Day to quit too, just so my friend could head home with him. It took them ten minutes longer than us to realize it wasn't worth wasting our time standing around. By that point, most of the crowd had already bailed.
That was hands down the absolute worst concert I have ever attended in my entire life.

FOR F***'S SAKE

so you're telling me the Amtrak doesn't even get in until 9?!

I'm gonna miss the headliners!!! 🙂

I guess I'll just have to pray for that classic massive delay you always see at these huge festivals... 🙂

maybe you can tag along to 7-Eleven with us if there's room.
Screw those Barufe losers. If you're already heading down to Cleveland, there's a much better show happening next weekend, and that's Goebbels Sechs over at BRM. They've got Koenig der Jugoslawien performing, so why would you even bother wasting your time at those Barufe dives? There isn't a single legend to be found in those places.

stormyviper11 said:Just a heads up, Gurmit Knor still lives in a small town in Florida—you could probably find him in the local directory if you tried. As for his citizenship, I assume he finally got that sorted out by now.

I’m betting I actually know who this Curie woman is. And who on earth is this Knor guy? I'm going to have to do some digging. If I track him down, I'll post a photo. stormyviper11, do you happen to know the legendary Tihomir b?
Is he from your age group, maybe known for heading out to fish in the middle of nowhere with a heavy-duty blaster slung over his shoulder?

Look, Bešker has his strengths and he has his flaws. He’s easily one of the most educated journalists working in America today. People call him a sexist, but honestly, I haven't seen it—unless you count those dirty jokes of his with sexual undertones, which are actually hilarious. If anything, his actual views are often the complete opposite of what a true sexist would promote. Anyway, if you ask me, any kind of takedown of music critics is a win in my book. Personally, I think people who insist on being "music critics" and act like their job is some vital contribution to society deserve to be handed a rope to hang themselves with, or just get a bullet to the back of the head. And that goes for anyone who still clings to the delusional myth of objective journalism, too.
Bešker definitely has his issues, but that's not really the point...

Ponor said:As far as I know, those condos weren't even his; he was just protesting to do a favor for a buddy who owns the complex because they'd had some falling out, so it was basically an act of redemption. But the owner didn't even realize the guy was going to show up there and start making a scene.
Which obviously makes him an even bigger hero.

And regarding the shoes, he claimed he gives his worn-out kicks to friends, not the poor. Which also makes him an even bigger hero.

Mladen Grdović is basically Jesus Christ.

Mladen Grdović is a legend because one time Mijo from Analene/Lunar—while he was busy slapping posters up for some punk show in San Diego—pulled up in a blacked-out Mercedes, rolled down the window just an inch, and barked, "Don't you dare put your posters over mine, you hear me?"

Look, I wouldn't dream of taking the stairs under any normal circumstances—maybe once if I absolutely had to, but that’s it. But walking down them? God forbid, maybe just that one single time, but anything more than that is strictly out of the question. Heaven help me.
