So, here’s how the penalty system looks right now. If I change anything—and I probably will—I'll update this list.
The days listed in parentheses show how long it takes for the points from THAT specific strike to expire and stop counting toward your total. The strike itself stays on your record, but the point value next to it will just say "0 points."

Just a heads up: these are basically "instant warnings" (or bans), but we're leaving it up to the mods' discretion whether they want to pull the trigger immediately or stick to the old way of doing things before we had this strike system.

From here on out, you'll also hit a 3-day ban once you reach 200, 300, or even 400 points. To all the collectors out there... good luck, you're gonna need it.

Update: we added more tiers. Hitting 600, 700, 800, or 900 points now triggers a 7-day ban.
Why the change? Because it’s honestly pretty unfair to the regular users who get slapped with a ban every time they hit 100 points, while the guys sitting on 500 to 1000 points can basically do whatever they want without getting timed out.

mistycyclist5 said:So, why is it that whenever I finish a post and then want to add something or fix a typo—you know, actually EDIT it—the system asks for a "Reason," but once I type it in, it tells me I don't have the permissions to do it? 😕

What am I even supposed to write in that "reason" box for editing my own posts... if it just rejects me every single time? Thanks in advance. 🙏

Just copy and paste exactly what the error message says, or better yet, grab a screenshot.

I feel that same way [me too]

Raymond Ortiz89 said:Look, it’s not even about whether the topic is stupid or not—everyone’s got their own thing, right? It’s just... I don't know, something about this is bugging me. Plus, most people on these forums are so incredibly flaky when it comes to actually doing their jobs. They can't even be bothered to give a decent reply. Thanks for nothing.

Most of them are basically just volunteering their time anyway.

You probably just started a pointless thread :P
