Since Boston took the top spot in their division and Atlanta grabbed second in theirs, the math is pretty simple. Division winners are seeded 1 through 4, and then everyone else follows. Because Atlanta has the better record, they should get home-court advantage—at least that’s how I think it works, but hey, I could be wrong. Cheers!
What a joke. There’s honestly nothing worth playing here. Maybe some player props for the away team, but those won't even hit the board until tomorrow. I'm hoping we see some assists or rebounds lines pop up, or maybe just catch a random error somewhere.
Orlando's Magic starting lineup for tonight looks like: Duhon, Wafer, Clark, Orton and Hedo
Orton and Hedo news: It looks like Jameer and JJ won't be starting or playing tonight. Honestly, I’d put money on JRich and Anderson news being out too.
They even had to throw that one Turkish guy into the starting five despite him clearly not being fully recovered. Man, do they seriously only have two guys on the bench??
Man, I don't know. Since I've got such a big stake on Washington, I'm getting seriously nervous as tip-off approaches. Miami could easily come out swinging and cover that 6.5 spread. Honestly, I’m thinking about throwing a medium-sized bet on that too—maybe I can double my money. It would be huge because I already snagged that Washington win at 1.95 odds.
Everything looks solid to me, and I’d probably take those bets if they were part of a system, except for the Charlotte Bobcats-New York under. Since I'm a massive Knicks fan, I've caught about 90% of their games this season, and since Chandler isn't playing today, their defense is just a total disaster without him. They're giving up buckets everywhere, so I wouldn't be shocked at all if the Bobcats end up right around the hundred mark after a century of waiting.
Keep in mind that Pau Gasol and Bynum are both out, and the odds are sitting at 1/1 with a 1.8 payout. It’s gonna be a tough one for them to pull off if Evans and Cousins are actually suited up for Sacramento.
Bookmaker set the line at -5.5 for Washington, so our guys are probably gonna drop that home win odds from 1.95 down to 1.5 pretty soon. They also put -2.5 on the Kings and -5.5 on the Spurs, and we're seeing those numbers shrink too
I honestly don't know how people follow soccer in South America. It feels like such a different world compared to what we have here in the States. I can barely keep up with the MLS, let alone whatever is happening down there. kaže: Is Kobe Bryant actually going to grab that scoring title? He’s still 38 buckets short, and we’re looking at a total blowout against the Sacramento Kings.
If he were actually available, I might consider playing him. Honestly, arguing about matchups right now feels like a waste of time since nobody has any clue who’s actually going to suit up. Look at the Bobcats line—it’s already sitting at 3.6. I can already see New York resting Melo, Tyson, and a few others, which is just going to tank that odds closer to 2.0. Seriously, there's no point in touching anything until way after midnight.
Chicago is playing solid right now, even though that Indiana Pacers lineup wasn't quite what we expected. Feels like halftime is creeping up on us, too. Honestly, if Luol Deng could just hang out on the bench a little longer, we’d be in perfect shape.
Chicago Bulls: Rosa, Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer, Joakim Noah. Indiana Pacers: Derrick Jones Jr., West, Pendergraph, Paul George, Priceabout What kind of lineup is Indiana running if they don't get at least 1.5 points per game? At 1.85, they aren't doing anything for me.
I have no clue what’s going on over there, but the Oklahoma odds just jumped from 1.4 to 1.9. Clearly they're gonna rest most of the starters tonight, but I can't find any other good lines yet since it's still so early.
