I haven't actually read that Fender Frontline, but I've known for ages exactly what gear Stevie uses, from the strings all the way up!
That No. 1 might just be the ultimate guitar; it's incredible. I’m a fan of Lenny too, though personally, I think he’s still got a massive collection of Stratocasters and other guitars tucked away somewhere.
I'm not entirely certain, but I have a hunch the neck on that No. 1 came from a Gibson bass, though I can't say for sure.

You must be referring to Double Trouble (Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon). While they aren't exactly world-class virtuosos, they certainly get the job done.

Look at this guy. Unbelievable...

Is there any possibility of me joining you all? Please, I beg of you.😁

I know them too! They're decent enough characters... both Harold King54 and Hugh.

What on earth is this? Steppenwolf-Born to be Wild?!

Why don't you just kiss me yourself? I know you enjoyed it last time!

Come on now, lose that pathetic little amateur avatar first!

Ozzy Osbourne tends to drag things out a bit too much, but he’s still a legend. His solo stuff is alright, but nothing to write home about—Black Sabbath is where the real magic happens.

It's not bad!😁

What do you mean Hendrix? There’s simply no one better than Stevie. "The Sky Is Crying"... it might be the greatest guitar tone ever captured, but only on the version from *Blues at Sunrise*. Honestly, Alan, if only you had been at a Stevie concert instead of just some Tribute! I own that *Tribute to SRV* album, and while it isn't half bad, Jimmie is still the best (it goes without saying, of course).😁
Thanks, Laura, you really saved me there! As a thank you, I'll make sure to drop something in your thread later.🙂

Is anyone else hearing someone shout "Fuck OFF bolan"??🙂

Nothing but pure, unadulterated Heavy Metal here!!!
JUDAS PRIEST
IRON MAIDEN
HELLOWEEN
MEGADETH (alright, fine, they aren't exactly Heavy, but who cares!)
MANOWAR
HALFORD

👍 👍 I’ve decided to open up a thread for all the Stevie fans out there. Personally, I am a massive, massive fan of his—to me, he was hands down the greatest guitarist to ever pick up an instrument. I’m curious to hear your thoughts on him...😁

Exactly! It was actually the Sisters (I think I had them mixed up)! Not that I listen to much of their stuff anyway.

They’re actually quite a cool band—pure goth rock. They originally formed out of the members of The Mission.
