Basically, after looking over my profile, they noticed I haven't filled out their Anti-Money Laundering questionnaire. Apparently, according to federal regulations, they’re required to have this on file for every single client—though they didn't give me a specific deadline, just mentioned it only takes about five minutes.
So, what should my next move be? 🍿
Honestly, I’d probably just give them the runaround until they get what they need.

Has anyone here ever endured a forty-eight-hour delay between the initial deposit and the funds being cleared for use? I find myself navigating this particular delay with Wells Fargo at the moment, so I am curious if anyone else has had similar experiences.
I’m with Hyp, and honestly, on the very same day our payroll goes through, it’s already cleared and sitting in my checking account... On a side note, Hyp just rolled out the ability for individuals to use batch signing for transfers via Hyponet starting today... which, I suppose, is a case of better late than never.
I’m probably not going to pull the trigger on a conversion at this exchange rate, unless it somehow dips down to $1.75... though I have a nagging feeling they’d find some way to hit us with extra fees regardless. 🙂
JPMorgan Chase just dropped their interest rates on Swiss franc mortgage loans by half a percent... which means starting November 1st, my rate should sit at around 5.45%... I have to say, I’m pretty thrilled about that outcome.🙂...they're even offering to convert everything over to USD without charging any fees.
Do you happen to know when they actually raised those fees? I know it happened sometime this year, but I can't quite pin down which month... Honestly, they don't even charge me for the statement fees anymore since they just send everything to my email. But one of these days, once I finally pay off this loan, I’m closing out my account at Citigroup for good.
Everything seems to be working on your end... I'm just thinking maybe they haven't actually activated the service for you yet... It might be worth giving them a call just to double-check.
Are you positive you’re entering the right username? If it still won't let you in, I'd suggest giving customer service a call rather than struggling with it too long.
There was a time when we actually owned our banks, and back then, even through periods of recession or high unemployment... if we had just possessed the expertise to manage them ourselves, there wouldn't have been any reason to sell them off in the first place.
It honestly feels like things aren't getting any easier for Argentinians, even after they managed to write off a massive amount of debt owed to foreign creditors

My parents finally paid off their mortgage through Canada last year—it was originally issued by Wells Fargo—and they’ve spent the entire following year just waiting on the notification that the lien has been released... On top of all that, they had to shell out $30 for notary fees and $17 for the actual stamps. I can wrap my head around the stamp costs, I suppose, but this whole notary thing seems a bit redundant to me. I honestly don't see why a notary had to certify anything when my folks didn't even sign that specific notice
