Christian Harris2 said:Actually, I am being careful about that.

No. I am paying attention. And if something had happened, I certainly would have noticed. 🤔

The thing is, the scent is just incredibly pungent; it practically seeps right through the packaging. 🤷

Check the container to make sure there isn't a leak somewhere... 👍 Personally, I truly cannot fathom why anyone would bother with these massive bulk containers that look like they hold enough house paint to cover a suburban mansion, only for you to open them up and realize they are barely half full... 🙄
Of all those poisonous fungi, I find myself most fascinated by the mountain red cap (Cortinarius orellanus Fr.)... It was quite famously utilized during the days of the Roman Empire, specifically when the Romans would host grand banquets intended to dispose of certain individuals they found inconvenient... One simply consumes the mushroom and then passes away roughly a month later... 🙏 🙏

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lethal_webcaps

It is lethally toxic. Up until the 1950s, almost all mushrooms within the Cortinarius genus were mistakenly considered safe to eat. That changed when an outbreak of poisoning occurred in the American town of Poznan involving this specific species. Out of 102 people poisoned, 11 perished. This particular poisoning syndrome was dubbed Orellan syndrome because of the thermostable toxin, orellanine, which was isolated from the fruiting bodies of these fungi. It is incredibly insidious; it possesses cumulative properties and features a very long incubation period—ranging from three days up to three weeks—and if medical intervention isn't timely, it leads to organ failure and eventually death. Furthermore, orellanine has been detected in several other species within the Leprocybe section.

I suppose I should address the recent discussions regarding the supplement efficacy, though my mind keeps drifting back to the sheer absurdity of the morning commute on the I-95 this morning—a true test of one's spiritual fortitude, if you will. It seems several individuals have been quite vocal about their dissatisfaction, much like how Nicholas Chavez70 once remarked upon the volatility of the market, yet I find the current discourse somewhat lacking in nuance. While some might argue that the protein blends are subpar, I find myself leaning toward a more measured perspective, much like the way one approaches a complex espresso shot from a local boutique roaster in Seattle. It isn't merely about the raw ingredients, but rather the synergy of the components within the system. I remember sitting in a small café in downtown Chicago last autumn, watching the rain hit the window, and thinking about how we often overcomplicate the simplest biological necessities. We seek perfection in a tub of powder when, in reality, consistency is the only metric that truly matters in the long run. If you aren't prepared to commit to the grind, then all the fancy branding in the world won't save your progress. It’s a blunt truth, perhaps, but someone felt the need to state it plainly. kaže:
I personally prefer to keep mine tucked away on top of the wardrobe. Even when the doors are shut tight, you can still catch that scent lingering in the air. 😕 The closet itself carries this distinct Double Rich Chocolate scent, which is quite pleasant enough, I suppose. Fortunately, though, that aroma hasn't migrated to my clothes, so I don't walk around smelling like a Hershey’s bar. 🙏

Perhaps you didn't actually secure them properly? I mean, it’s one of those things that seems straightforward until you’re standing there staring at the latch, wondering if it truly caught, much like when I was trying to fix that old fence in my backyard outside of Austin last summer—you think it’s tight, then a gust of wind comes along and everything just falls apart. It might be worth double-checking the mechanism. 🤷 Perhaps you’ve spilled a little something somewhere... 😁 To be perfectly honest, I find myself quite enamored with the scent of protein powder; there is something about it that truly captivates me, to the point where I occasionally feel an overwhelming, almost primal urge to simply scoop it up with a spoon and consume it all at once. 😂
Medical professionals are issuing a stern warning that if one happens to ingest that nasty mushroom, aggressive treatment absolutely must commence within a 48-hour window; the struggle for survival becomes quite an uncertain gamble after that point.

Once you crack open the seal and then eventually reseal it, you'll notice the air in your workspace takes on this distinctively sweet, vanilla-heavy aroma for a little while... 😍 Dymatize FTW... 👍

Ethan Garcia8 said:It is an absolute fact that the solubility of that stuff is an Inca catastrophe. Dymatize Elite is legitimately a 5+ star protein and arguably the most popular Whey on the planet right now.

I recall having digestive issues every single time I tried that Inka brand strawberry flavor. On the other hand, Dymatize sits perfectly on my stomach without any drama.

Out of all the massive protein quantities I have had the opportunity to test, I found the strawberry flavor from Labrada V60 to be the best, though honestly, that specific formula rarely turns out well enough that you don't end up tossing it in the trash after a while... 😁 The stuff from Scitec was the worst of the bunch... I was also quite disappointed by how Weider protein 80 handled solubility... For a company with such a high reputation, they aren't ranking particularly high in my book... Vanilla is pretty much the same everywhere you go, so I almost never make a mistake when I stick to that...

nimbleskipper89 said:..I wrote that it's a brand I am incredibly satisfied with (Inkospor), and since it's actually a few percent cheaper here than it is in the USA, you really can't say it isn't competitive. As for why American products are so pricey here while they remain cheap in Canada, I won't even bother commenting because I have no clue where those massive price gaps come from. Perhaps the quality isn't quite what they claim it to be in our neck of the woods.

I finished off a tub of Inkospor Xtreme Whey a few months back, and frankly, when it comes to flavor or how well it actually dissolves in water or milk, it ranks at a absolute zero compared to Dymatize Elite... It was nothing but clumps, a total mess... 👎 Regarding Dymatize Elite, all I've heard is praise, and that's not just here in the US, but internationally as well... For now, personally, I can't say much about it myself since I've only just started using it, but after a month or so, I'll be able to offer my own two cents...😉

nimbleskipper89 said:I don't disagree, though I find myself thinking about how we tend to constantly tear down everything produced right here at home—labeling it low quality, overpriced, and so on. If we aren't willing to support our own, we can't really expect any miracles to happen; this isn't a political argument, it’s a matter of mindset. At the end of the day, everyone decides where their own money goes, but if you spend all your time obsessing over someone else's yard, your own house will stay a mess forever. And please, don't tell me I'm just philosophizing; I simply prefer to look at the bigger picture rather than just focusing on what's in my own wallet.

It has nothing to do with politics... If these gentlemen actually wanted to succeed, they would try to be competitive like companies in the rest of the USA, instead of just planning how to buy themselves a BMW X5 after only one year of business...

Christian Harris2 said:The guy isn't importing "just anything." He’s importing supplements that fully comply with the law, and frankly, if people want to find loopholes to save a few bucks, that's just how the world works. Honestly, I have nothing but contempt for those customs agents; they're likely just miserable in their own lives and take out their frustrations on folks at the border. 👎 And if local supplement shops are seeing their sales plummet, well, they can't blame anyone else. That's just market economics at play. The Americans in Canada really know how to run things. ☕

Just tell me, please, what kind of extra expenses did you run into (gas, tolls, various taxes 😕), aside from the actual supplements? Was the trip actually worth the effort? 🙏

Well, you have the 15 miles drive to Jelsan 15 miles round trip plus $3.25 highway tolls ($1.75 one way)... Other than a little bit of gas, there isn't much of an expense, and honestly, it becomes negligible if you're traveling with a group, as the costs get split down to pennies. Prosport doesn't offer tax refunds, but Flexshop does... Up to $333 per person, you don't have to deal with customs, so you can actually stock up quite nicely within that limit. Of course, if you hit a particularly difficult customs officer, they might cross-reference your products against an approved import list and seize anything they deem unauthorized—I heard about someone who lost their entire stash of Universal Animal Stack because of that, though whether it's been cleared for import since then is anyone's guess. It was definitely worth it, though, because in stores here in the US, the price for the exact same protein is easily $35-$40 higher, and you often have to wait for restocks anyway... 👎 Besides, if I like this protein, next time I'll just grab a 10lb tub for $162 and call it a day... I am certainly NOT paying $70-$$267...

Here is what I currently have in my pantry. 🙏
If you happen to have the extra cash lying around, I’d suggest picking up one of these two options marked with arrows. To be perfectly honest, I don't necessarily swear by them based on personal experience; rather, I rely on them simply because they come highly recommended by others. 😉 You could also look into MVP if that suits you better. As for the budget-friendly brands, I can't say much yet, though I intend to do some digging once my bank account isn't feeling quite so thin. 🤷

Furthermore, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of that Shitec option sitting in the middle when you make your selection.

I actually just had my shipment of Dymatize elite arrive from Canada... $95 It was a 5lb tub—about 2.27kg... 🙏 A couple of my buddies and I all ordered the exact same thing. One friend of mine decided to go even further, grabbing some whey along with some BCAAs—I can't recall the specific brand—plus some vitamins and zinc. We nearly ran into a massive headache at the border because the customs officer started lecturing us about how every single supplement has to be vetted to ensure it's approved for import and consumption here in the US, and he hinted that they might soon crack down hard on all sports nutrition imports because people are importing everything under the sun these days. It seems pretty obvious that local retailers are seeing a dip in sales due to this influx, so I wouldn't be surprised if the government decides to make things difficult for us eventually. 👎 My advice? Buy what you need while you still can. 😁
Unforgettable movie torture scenes in Movies ·
Payback(1999)

There’s that intense sequence in > where they tie Mel Gibson to a chair, completely barefoot, and then Kris Kristofferson starts interrogating him about his kidnapped son. Of course, he refuses to talk, so the mob torturer just goes to town, smashing his hammer down on his little toe with everything he's got... 😲 "9 more to go, tell me where my son is???" Gibson replies, "This little piggie stayed home," and then—bam—the next toe gets hit... 😲 Honestly, even watching it through a TV screen, I could feel the physical pain... 👎

I can’t quite recall the title of this one right now, but I believe the setting was the Middle East, involving a scene where Al-Qaeda members were using submachine guns on the knees and elbows of captured Americans... 😲

And here is an unexpected one, an oldie but a goodie 😁(only for those with nerves of steel, consider yourselves warned)... That controversial scene kicks off at the 5:00 mark, so don't come crying to me if you weren't cautioned... 👍

Well, you could be looking at professional cycling... 🤷 It's true that you can face infertility due to steroid abuse in just about any high-stakes athletic endeavor, though it is statistically much less common for that damage to be permanent; in most cases, it tends to be a temporary setback... 👍
Brittle, peeling nails: any tips? in Health ·
I’ve been taking brewer's yeast—just one spoonful dissolved in water every other day—and honestly, my nails are growing at an absolutely insane rate; they're incredibly strong and look fantastic. 👍 It's actually getting a bit ridiculous because I find myself having to trim them every five days just to keep up...

hollowlynx5 said:Is there some kind of software out there that makes writing math expressions—you know, powers, subscripts, fractions—actually easy? I’m currently stuck using Microsoft Word, but it is taking me an eternity, and I haven't even figured out how to properly layer exponents over fractions or handle indices correctly. I am looking for a dedicated program where I can just type out the math and then copy-paste the whole thing into Word later.

If you happen to have a disc for the Bureau suite lying around, just pop it into your drive and install the Equation Editor... Take a look at this link right here...

With the Equation Editor, you can pretty much build whatever you need, though it does take a bit of getting used to...👍

Sandra Mitchell13 said:Speaking from my own personal experience, I can say that Lactogyn did absolutely nothing for me. When my gynecologist asked if I was actually seeing any results after three weeks of using it, and I gave her a negative response, she just sighed and added: "I honestly have no idea what's going on here; all my patients tell me the exact same thing, yet they keep hyping up and advertising this Lactogyn stuff." I used to be at the doctor's office constantly, but after dealing with so much irritation, stinging, and itching, I finally worked up the nerve to try Garlic. And I was genuinely thrilled by the results.🙂 I take a single clove of Garlic, make a few small slits in it, and insert it at night before going to sleep. In the morning, I take it out. I don't use any applicators (in the beginning, I would wrap it in gauze and leave one end sticking out so I could pull it out later). I tried those garlic supplements in pill form too, but they didn't really work for me. Now, I just use the fresh Garlic whenever I feel a slight sting or notice some discharge—just for one night, and if it doesn't clear up, I do it again the next day and night. That's really all there is to it. I haven't had to visit the gynecologist in months now.🙂

Possible side effects: your boyfriend might mention to his friends that you taste a bit like Garlic bread...😍

I feel compelled to share one more bit of madness I encountered online, though I suspect most would find it quite absurd. I was reading on a certain forum that a "natural" remedy for female infections involves peeling a clove of Garlic, tying it to a piece of string, and inserting it deep into the vagina to stay overnight, supposedly to eradicate every conceivable virus and bacterium. I haven't personally tested this method, of course, but there is a certain internal logic to it, given that Garlic is widely regarded as a natural antibiotic.

Well, seeing this has actually shed some light on a few personal mysteries I've encountered during my own practice...👍
slymarlin23 said:The whole issue of baldness is going to be completely settled within five years. By then, hair cloning methods will be fully refined and widely available. This specific technique, known as follicular implantation, involves taking about a hundred hairs from the back of the head and cloning thousands of cells from them, which are then transplanted wherever they're needed. You can essentially repeat the procedure endlessly until you hit that desired density. This opens doors for people who couldn't benefit from traditional transplants—think individuals who lost everything due to a house fire or aggressive radiation therapy. It’s estimated the treatment will run about $5,500.

http://www.mayoclinic.org/index....esti&Itemid=67

That sounds incredibly expensive... Honestly, being bald might just be the cheaper option at that rate...🙂 Is it actually possible to achieve a total transformation in just one single session? I don't mean looking like you just stepped out of a nuclear reactor with thin, wispy strands, but rather achieving thick, robust hair all at once...😕 Besides, there are rumors floating around that this method could start being rolled out as early as next year...

By the way, while staying active is certainly beneficial, it isn't actually the magic bullet for shedding fat. At the end of the day, what you put on your plate matters far more...

This is spot on... Physical activity is undeniably important, but all that effort goes right down the drain when people walk through their front door feeling famished and start "going to town" on whatever is in the pantry, overeating by massive margins. You can achieve incredible results simply by regulating your diet. For instance, I make it a point to eat like a bird after 7:00 PM, supplementing with plenty of water to help me feel full. The absolute worst thing you can do is train your body to feast like an animal late at night; that's where most people completely blow their progress...
Susan Hernandez51 said:The obesity epidemic we're seeing isn't some byproduct of people having too much free time on their hands; rather, it's a direct symptom of rising poverty levels across the country.
People are forced to subsist on cheap, filling junk food just to get by.

It is quite ironic when you stop to consider it, really. There was a time in our history when people actually starved, leaving them frail, sickly, and thin, and back then, carrying extra weight was seen as a genuine sign of wealth and prosperity. Now, the situation has flipped entirely on its head—we are drowning in an excess of calories, yet being overweight has become something people feel ashamed of...
Not a single one since yesterday; I had to visit the dentist and they ended up drilling a tooth on me...😢 As far as marzipan is concerned, it is easily the most revolting thing I have ever put in my mouth; it has this distinct flavor and scent reminiscent of that children’s Carbofix glue used for crafts. There is also another confection that I find utterly nauseating—those tiny, black, rubbery little things, I believe they are called Negro or something similar.
