I suppose I don't personally categorize people on Reddit into "regular users" versus "moderators," though if forced to make such a distinction, I would hope that at least the same standards of communication applied to everyone. Having served as a moderator myself, I am well aware of how difficult the role can be; sometimes it feels impossible, but it remains a worthy goal. Being an asshole simply because you hold a position of power is easy, and frankly, anyone can manage that. 🤷

Since they were transferred chronologically, those messages have now bled into today's chat stream. We had a rather decent discussion developing in the chat room earlier, but it’s become nearly impossible to follow now that everything has been shuffled together into one big mess.
And those moved posts aren't even about beer or wine—at least not the ones from today—but rather whether Byron is a grouch and if people actually like his attitude or not.
I agree that moving them wasn't the smartest move, especially when it results in a pile of clutter being dumped right into the middle of a high-quality debate—clutter that might actually warrant a warning rather than being protected under "free speech."
As for how he responded to the comment, I won't dwell on it, though it was entirely consistent with the style Jeremy Johnson18 tends to favor. 🐔
If they had just kept their composure instead of whining, we wouldn't have seen a Red Flag, and the situation would have resolved itself quite naturally when Lewis realized his race car was too damaged to continue. To me, that feels like the only fair outcome if we're truly calling this a racing incident—both drivers took the risk, so both should bear the consequences without the need for an official penalty. ☕

While I find this scoring system perfectly adequate, I find myself spending half an hour scrolling endlessly through the thread just trying to figure out where I actually stand compared to everyone else 🤣 As for the team rankings, I haven't even begun to tackle the task of deciphering those 🙂
