I find it quite baffling that nobody seems to be addressing why Chicago is somehow being favored over Boston tonight. In my view, taking those +2.5 points on Boston represents incredible value, especially when you consider that the Bulls are playing without Kirk Hinrich (and, naturally, Derrick Rose). This means Nata is going to have to step up and log some heavy minutes, primarily because Brandon Teague hasn't really found his footing yet and wasn't even supposed to see the floor this season.

While Boston had a rough start to the season, they’ve finally begun to play with some actual cohesion under this new roster, though I remain somewhat cautious about their long-term consistency. Personally, I’m leaning toward the straight win, though taking the spread is definitely the safer bet.

With Bryant sidelined and his status for the game looking shaky, DraftKings is still pricing him at 26.5 points with odds of 1.85. When you consider he’s a year older now and playing alongside Howard—a guy who needs constant ball dominance in his hands (and let's be clear, Kobe will benefit from Howard's presence, but more in terms of efficiency rather than sheer volume)—it becomes obvious that hitting that over at 1.85 is going to be an uphill battle for him.

Best of luck to all of you. My advice? Tread carefully as we head into this new season. Wait until the teams that underwent massive roster overhauls actually find their rhythm before you dive in (I'm looking specifically at the Lakers, Philly, and the Rockets).

It really boils down to how athletic you are, your reflexes, your palate, and your overall agility. If you want to test your reaction time, I’d suggest picking up some table tennis. There’s an old story about Primorac back in his prime—he supposedly caught two glasses falling off a table at once. All with one hand.

The margins stayed elevated even after two rounds; they didn't budge. That’s how things worked when Rose was dropping 30+ against the Pacers, and it was the same story with Howard. Someone actually jumped into the thread with that typical "Oh, you're betting over on players in this NBA league" attitude. It didn't gain much traction before dying out, but there it was.

Playing a more simplified role:

Noah over 10.5 rebounds. I'm projecting him to hit 12. He’s facing a rookie in Phile, which is a matchup Noah should be able to handle quite effectively. Furthermore, I am expecting a physical, grinding game with plenty of missed shots—which essentially creates more opportunities for Noah to rack up those boards.
Deng is under 15. I wasn't feeling that first option, honestly. But after giving it some thought and clearing my head, I’ve come to realize there are definitely enough elements there to justify this bet.
Wade vs. Rose. 1,95Rose isn't quite at 100% yet, and honestly, I think the odds look pretty good for us to take this one.

that means Spencer Hawes will start the game on the bench. Hawes Had double-digit rebounds in five of The First six Games of The season but since missing time with an Achilles injury has struggled. He has just one double-digit rebounding performance in his last 20 games.

Allen, in his first season out of Temple, has started 15 games and is averaging 4.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Allen started The Last Two Games of The season , grabbing Nina rebounds against The Pistons and 12 against The Bucks.

A solid bet for Noah to grab over 10 rebounds 🙂

Doug Collins mentioned to the press yesterday that the Sixers were planning to fly to Chicago after tonight's game in Detroit, with everything pointing toward Game 1 on Sat.

It looks like Philly might be looking for a loss tonight. I can't say for certain, but it's an interesting thought...

Both sides would honestly prefer to go up against Chicago, which is exactly what players from both teams have hinted at—specifically Jeffries from the New York Knicks and Turner spoke about yesterday regarding Philadelphia.

For the Knicks to face Chicago, they’d have to drop today’s game to the Bobcats, and Philadelphia would need to take down Detroit. That seems highly unlikely to me. Philadelphia will probably rest their starters, and I suspect Carmelo Anthony or Chandler might sit out for the Knicks. As for the others, I'm not quite sure yet. Stoudemire mentioned he still needs to find his rhythm, so there's that.

I don't really grasp the logic behind wanting to face the best team in the league when neither Philadelphia nor the Knicks have a particularly strong record against them, but hey, whatever works.🤷

My prediction is that Philadelphia loses tonight while the Knicks pull it off. Honestly, even we on this forum could take these Bobcats (okay, maybe not, but it would be a close one😬).

It's a shame Supersport decided not to include individual player scoring in their offerings; it would have been a great opportunity to bet the under on all the Chicago players.😬.
