Just watched it. I didn't even bother checking out the reviews, and honestly, I was kind of skeptical since sequels usually suck, but I actually ended up liking it. It’s a great joke of a movie, and I don't even really like comedies that much. I guess their constant babbling is just funny or something? Usually, that stuff gets on my nerves in other movies, but this worked. Definitely recommend it to everyone.
The movie was a bit slow, honestly. I haven't read the books or anything, but I found it pretty interesting mostly because they didn't portray him like some kind of Ramb. Like, he's not just gonna step up and take charge of everything, you know? He’s more like a guy who’s just totally crushed by it all.
I guess it would've been super cliché and typical American if she turned into some big-shot general standing in front of troops, giving orders and stuff.
That scene where Peeta starts choking was really good, and the one at the end was even better. It actually kind of shook me up, I guess.
Overall, I’ll probably have to watch it again before the final part just to refresh my memory, but yeah, it was okay.
The only thing I didn't really get was what they did to Peet with those wasps? That part flew right over my head.
I thought the first one was actually pretty good, just a solid comedy you can laugh at.

The acting was great, the story worked, and the characters were actually memorable. I guess the standout for me was that cop who pulls everything together and drags his buddy into the mess—he's basically the center of it all. Just this brave little idiot, haha, he was awesome.
The movie totally dodged the biggest trap most comedies fall into—which is like 99% of them—where they just get boring or start relying on cheap, dumb jokes. It was a really, really solid comedy, honestly felt like a breath of fresh air in a sea of trash. 6.8/10.
Anyway, I never give anything more than an 8, so you can probably tell how much I liked it.
Exactly. I agree with most of that, especially the bold part, but I gotta disagree on the rating. If a movie is super fun, my rating is a 5/5, which would be a 10/10 by your scale.
Just gonna repost what I said in the other thread—Superbad is actually a killer movie. It’s better than the first Hangover, for sure. Honestly, I usually can't stand comedies because they feel forced and just aren't funny. But this one? It's actually legit and fun. If you're into chill, easygoing comedies, I'd say give it a shot.
Bad movie. I was expecting a killer thriller, but I basically got lemonade instead. 🙄 Such a letdown.
I watched it, and honestly, I didn't think it was too bad. It’s not like it’s anything special, though. I guess if they already established in the book that there's no incest going on, then it makes sense why they'd keep that hidden in the movie—just so they can sell the sequels. Seems kind of cheap to me.
I checked IMDb, but I feel like that info doesn't really connect. I haven't read the books, so I don't know the story well. But apparently, Jace still wants to be with Katniss even though he knows they're brother and sister (well, they aren't, but they basically are right now). That sounds super gross to me. Here's what it says on IMDb: Jace on the other hand wants to act on his feelings and be with Katniss despite their family ties
They should've just cut that out of the movie immediately.
And I'm not really a fan of all those random little romances in movies like this either. 🤮 Totally unnecessary.
Do you really think I haven't seen a zombie movie? It feels kind of pointless to even call them zombies if they're just people who've gone totally feral, especially since all the infection symptoms look exactly like classic zombie tropes anyway.
@redtiger53, fair enough. I guess 28 Days Later was alright, but nothing crazy special. As for 28 Weeks Later, that one was pretty much a snooze fest for me. Maybe I just don't get the whole vibe of these movies where it's just zombies—or, you know, people who have lost their minds. To me, they just stumble around and devour everything in sight without any real strategy. And honestly, if they're running that fast, even Usain Bolt wouldn't stand a chance.
Midday movie vibes. I don't know, the first one was okay, nothing special, but this second one? It’s worse.
So, I honestly can't stand zombie movies where the zombie actually thinks. Like, hello? This guy turned into a zombie and still has memories, so if he's gonna hunt anyone, it's his own kids, and then he hides from fire... uhhh... I mean, I have no clue why they even bother with that plotline if the zombie is thinking. A zombie should just be a pile of rotting, crazed meat that eats whatever's in front of it and moves on. They shouldn't be hunting people with a specific target. Give me a break. And the best part? When he hits that female soldier—you know, the one trying to save the kids—with a gun. aaaaaaaaaaaaahhahhahahahhaha. Seriously though... you're a zombie, just eat her already. That was the highlight for me. Anyway, when I see idiots in stupid movies, it's impossible for the film to be any good. There were also some small logic gaps, which sucks because it is a zombie movie, but man.

My partner and I watched it for Valentine's Day, expecting some kind of zombie version of Twilight, and we were pleasantly surprised.
It’s got this great mix of humor and a laid-back vibe, all wrapped up in a romantic theme. Plus, the soundtrack is fantastic and there are some genuinely hilarious moments. We mostly viewed it as a parody rather than a serious drama, which is probably why we enjoyed it so much.
Anyway, I’d definitely recommend it if you have a lazy summer afternoon to kill—you won't regret it.

I was just about to say the same thing. I thought the movie was good, pretty cute. As soon as I saw the trailer, I really wanted to check it out and I actually liked it. I'm into zombies and this was just super sweet. It's a fun movie where you don't have to overthink the plot. Just easy watching.
And besides, nobody said guys can't watch it too. 😁

I don't really know what you mean by that, I guess. Maybe it was just a typo? Anyway, hope you're having a good one! says:
Just getting some reps in. 🙂

All those posts will automatically...

So, this is my first post looking like this. Exciting.

I'm not trying to be difficult or mean, it's just that everything is laid out right here. No point in me overcomplicating things with an explanation.
One of the moderators (some guy with a name like Scorpios or whatever) said he couldn't have made it any simpler than this.
Walter Reyes2 said:Is there anyone out there willing to take the time to walk me through this 😁 step-by-step? I need someone to explain how to format the quotes properly. What exactly am I supposed to delete, what do I need to add, or which buttons should I be clicking to get everything looking right? Honestly, I’ve been scrolling through these forums reading one person say one thing and then another person saying the complete opposite, and it’s leaving me totally lost—nothing I try seems to work! Can someone just give me a straight answer, like a standard forum setup where you list the username and then the text right next to it? I’m seriously at my wit's end here. 😕 Thanks in advance 🙂

No matter how I approach it, nothing seems to click. It feels like a chaotic mess. Honestly, if people could just use a standard format—you know, the user's handle followed by their actual message on the right—it would be much easier to follow. Right now, I'm at my wits' end. 😕 Thanks in advance. 🙂 |

Keith Rodriguez27 said:That’s because they stay trapped in that giant quote box since you forget to delete the original big quote you get when you first hit the quote icon at the bottom of the post. You gotta wipe that first quote out before you start adding your own commentary. But if you do that, you lose the person's name and the link back to their original post. So, here's the move: do what I always do—just grab that
tag from the very end of the post and paste it right after the specific section you actually want to reply to, then use the "highlight and quote" method for the rest of your stuff.
Just tag the part you want to comment on, then paste the end of the post right onto the end of that first section. I guess that's how you do it.
Let's see what happens.
redhawk76 said:Let me try...
The trick is to wipe that initial quote clean before you start adding your own commentary. If you don't, you lose the attribution to the user you're replying to and the direct link to their original post; instead, you can follow my usual workflow,
Moving along...
which involves cutting the end of the post and pasting it onto the conclusion of the first segment you intend to address, then applying the "highlight and quote" method to the rest of the content.
I believe that should work...
Edit: there we go!
Thanks a million! 🙂
(It wasn't that I neglected to delete the main quote, but rather that no one had pointed out that step was necessary; I suppose I failed to engage my own brain, assuming everything here would be served to me on a silver platter...)🤷
I don't really know what you guys were even talking about, but honestly, it doesn't matter.
So they basically consulted with themselves, and obviously, they couldn't care less about what we have to say because they think they’re absolute geniuses. They know everything, right? Ugh, whatever. Hey, ambermason16, go catch some fish or something.
Ugh, I hate being picked on for every little thing. Honestly, ambermason16, you're being super rude. When a few of us actually made some money off the orient passion tema, it was pretty obvious you didn't know the first thing about this show. Like, if it weren't for us, this forum wouldn't even exist. You guys are overreacting. It's like you just have to act like a big shot or try too hard to impress the boss to meet some quota. This is supposed to be fun, not a freaking lynch mob. If someone was actually bothering us, we would've just reported them like we always do. And ambermason16, seriously, maybe tone down the attitude when you message people? It's not like we're the only ones doing all the work here. Even a CEO doesn't talk to an employee they rely on like that, let alone you trying to flex your power over something that's meant to be a hobby... uuuu, yeah, go ahead and ban me. I guess I'll just wait and see how much I actually care. And remember when we were arguing with those Ezel fans? You weren't exactly paying attention then either. I got banned because of the word silly, which was just used in a general way and wasn't aimed at anyone specifically. But hey, you're the moderator, so you know everything. Good for us, I guess.
After my ban, I went looking into why I got flagged red, and just to make it crystal clear, it was all about the show:
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uuuuuuuuuuuu aaaaa uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uhuhuhuhuh no comment, no statement. ajooooooooooooooooooooojjjjjjjjjjjjj Katya is so mean
Seriously though, this is about the series, because I don't exactly have a Katya in my real life. And honestly, nobody can deny that. This post is just me expressing how shocked I was at the end of that episode. Go watch it and tell me I'm wrong.
