At first, I thought they were boycotting the game because of what the team owes the players—zero shots on goal and not a single decent sprint. But now that I see those two hanging out with the coach's cronies, the whole thing smells even fishier to me..
New fan laws: What do we think? in Fans ·
Nathan Foster23 said:While we can't even sit down together to figure out our next move, they're busy passing new laws.

Section 39.a (1) A fine ranging from $5,000.00 to $8333 or imprisonment for a term of at least 30 days up to 60 days shall be imposed on any individual who:

So basically, you could face 30 days behind bars just for holding a flare now..

The whole jail thing isn't actually new. It’s been this way for a while—either a fine or at least 30 days in jail.

There are 350,000 unemployed people and that number keeps climbing. The government is acting desperate, taxing the poor while forgiving debts for the wealthy. Downtown Miami is in total chaos, there's constant political tension over language in places like Vukovar, and away games for fans are being banned. Honestly, I think it only takes one spark to set everything ablaze.

It gets more and more shocking every single day how little shame they have...

Stay smart today, everyone. They’ve gathered and they're fired up, but honestly, it's all just noise. Since they're getting squeezed from every angle, the best move is to just ignore their provocations.

what are you trying to say, that we only started singing because of her 🤣? If I remember right—and my memory is usually pretty good—I first heard them sing back when we played in '99. We were in the east stands then, and there was plenty of singing going on back then too.

Jesse Campbell said:Boy, you clearly haven't been around many stadium brawls or whatever. You're a bit out of touch with how things actually work.

Dozens of people get into a brawl at a pub, and honestly, it’s only natural that someone’s gonna toss a chair or a beer bottle. Once one person starts swinging, things just spiral out of control. You really need a referee to step in, put those guys in a corner to cool off, and maybe have an assistant coach dry them down with a towel. That way, when they announce the next round, everyone stays in line.

I’m not trying to say what's right or wrong, I'm just saying how things actually go down. If you roll into someone else's hometown and start trouble while you're grabbing a beer at a pub, there's a good chance things are going to get physical. That's just the way it's always been, and that's how it'll stay. It isn't just an American thing, either.

You think Englishmen don't throw chairs? It’s always been that way during fan brawls.

You’ve got a point. To you, I’m just some kid who’s been in plenty of fights and maybe can't tell what's real anymore. I don't go looking for trouble, but if I stumble into it, I'm not going to just stand there and watch someone get maimed. I've taken my fair share of hits. My first post wasn't strictly about that fight in Poland, though. That video just triggered me to write about how the same thing happens here—how everything boils down to groups just blasting at each other from a distance with heavy artillery until someone actually gets hurt. I remember seeing how close things got during those riots in Chicago, and it makes me wonder when something similar, or even worse, will hit us. I'm just trying to give people a heads-up. Some will see it, and some won't.
Cheers.

Jesse Campbell said:Fan fights are just street brawls, not organized matches between trained MMA fighters. Because they are what they are, they often lead to messy consequences involving random objects, rocks, bottles... It’s always been that way.

I don't really care about the fighting itself. It’s never been the reason I lose sleep from excitement before a big game. But if I have to choose, I’d rather stick to how fans fought ten years ago than pretend it's some "fair" sport and lose the whole point of being a fan...

Obviously, you have to be a decent human being first, then a fan. That means you don't smash a rock into someone's head while they're lying on the ground. You always have to make sure a fight doesn't turn into something you'll regret for the rest of your life. Whether you're the aggressor or the victim...

man, what we're seeing in this video isn't even a fight. It's just people throwing chairs from six feet away. If that counts as fighting nowadays, then more power to them.

A few things just clicked for me, and now this video makes sense. All these "fights" in our scene consist of throwing stuff—chairs, bottles, flares, rocks. At this rate, when are we going to start using sniper rifles?

It'll go on until there's a fatality, and then the whole forum will start acting all moralistic, saying it shouldn't have happened like this or that. Honestly, some things just need to end. If you're going to fight, act like a man or just stay out of it.

That’s the only thing actually taking flight.

They’re throwing chairs and tables from just a few feet away.
And now, in today's fan culture, they call this a "riot." It's a disgrace. Just like those guys who wear four stripes on their jackets just to throw rocks at a rival group from ten yards out, or those idiots tossing stones from the grass up into the stands. That’s the peak of our supporter scene. Then, as soon as someone actually dies, everyone starts posting "RIP." Doctors show up to funerals, offering condolences to families and friends... but nobody says anything while the chaos is happening. There's too much of this nonsense. I shouldn't have clicked on this video.

What a joke this league and this whole country have become. You've got journalists constantly attacking the Black Knights, yet everyone still finds the energy to argue among themselves instead of sticking together.

I honestly can't say if we shouldn't have drunk, though part of me felt yesterday we shouldn't have stood against those guys from the city either. I just feel like the timing was off, right when the messages and letters started coming in..

What happened yesterday was definitely a step forward, but it’s too small if that’s all we do..

We're as powerless as the fans, and that's exactly what they want to show by what happened yesterday. The Ultras are strong because there are plenty of people standing with them in the city, whereas the Boys have nobody by their side and are fighting a much harder battle alone. The main goal is to bring the public over to our side, but yesterday a few people just acted recklessly without a care in the world. I saw a guy with a bloody head near me, a woman lying on the ground, and things like that. If they report this to the media, regular people will just read it and say, "Why was she even there in the stands among all those men?" or "They got what they asked for, they're just hooligans." Until those same people feel police repression on their own skin, they'll never understand.

Mamic is too powerful. He has politicians on his payroll, he has the police, he has most of the media—he basically owns the whole engine, and it's not easy to go against him. So far, the Boys were the only thorn in his side, but now the Ultras have joined in a bit, which makes him nervous because he knows we exist and that we have support from ordinary people. But I don't think it's enough to take him down yet, since the police won't touch him, and that coward Jovanovic is stuck deep in the mud too. I wish I was wrong, but I don't know..

And about clearing the walkways yesterday.. the aisles were cleared specifically so the police could charge into the crowd at any moment and scatter us, giving them easier access to the lower sections of the stands. Having 300 or 400 riot cops on the South side? Coincidence? I've never seen anything like it. Every single person driving the vans and cars had been tested for alcohol before the game—is that a coincidence too? SWAT teams with gas masks in the stands, charging into the stands just because of a few flares? They beat everyone indiscriminately, women, kids, etc. They just wanted to provoke a riot. We knew this might happen, so it didn't escalate as much, but even if violence had broken out and things went crazy, they would have come out on top. They were basically in a war zone with tear gas, and those idiots standing in the crowd throwing chairs—those chairs were flying straight into the heads of the people in the front row near the cops, so more of our people ended up hurt than theirs..

And then some news anchor or detective will come on and tell us that this is nonsense, that they are honest, that they tolerate us, and that they aren't corrupt. Well, Mamic probably pays every single one of you under the table. Mamic holds the Chief in his hands and directs him, while the Chief sends out the orders and the bonuses. I'm really curious who gave the order to attack us yesterday, or back in 2010 against the Boys. That’s where you have to solve the police problem. Either the tear gas crews and the rest are blind, or they just refuse to admit how pathetic the police and the entire system actually are...

Ugh, and now the local news released a statement saying they started a "cleanup" because they didn't feel safe in the stands. What else can you say? Someone is always going to cave and say we are the ones at fault, that we are the problem. It's sad, but it's the truth..

There were plenty of people there yesterday, but not everyone follows the forums or really gets what’s going on. Most just showed up to the derby to grab a beer or some wine, mess with the outsiders, and head home. Still, progress is being made. The big mistake was bringing up unity, only for someone to shout "both the outsiders and the locals," and then the rest of the stands just went along with 🙂

But putting all that aside, the cops in general—especially those guys on the south stand yesterday—are disgusting. To the ones who targeted that woman and her kid, I wish nothing but the worst in life. I hope they get treated with the same brutality they show others, and that tear gas becomes their daily eye drops. They're sick, power-tripping trash. Just rot
