Look, the whole point of all this is to build up more leaders—so we don't end up putting everything on the shoulders of just one guy again.
Even before the old leadership era, there were plenty of "hold on, wait a second" moments where people were rotating through the stands way more often. I’ll have to dig through some old videos and photos later to prove I'm not just making this up.
Take the game in St. Louis, for example—the atmosphere was pretty lackluster, but then the next match was way better, and at the game against the Lakers, it was absolutely perfect. Just give it time; things will settle into place eventually.
I mean, look at BBB—they always show up to the big derbies with three megaphones going, and everyone is just used to that rhythm now. It’s totally natural that after six years, seeing someone else in charge feels weird.
Even when the suggestion was made to let the current lead rotate out occasionally, he just flat-out refuses...

edit: We've had countless massive games where the energy in the stands was just straight-up trash. Think about those matchups against Zenit, AEK, or even the Centennial anniversary game...

Man, this whole constant bickering is getting old. Nobody actually said we need to purge all the fringe elements and their supporters—honestly, the goal right now is to try and get everyone on the same page, because let’s be real, we aren't there yet.
Though, I gotta say, seeing those fringe types show up today acting like it was some big party, chanting "we fought for Liverpool FCeeeeeeee..."
Still, huge respect to everyone who showed up today and got absolutely soaked to the bone—and I mean literally!

Look, the plan and the vision are definitely there.
The group handling the stands—they exist.
The crew managing the street presence—they exist too.
But the actual support system behind them? That DOES NOT exist.
And honestly, until that gets sorted out, we aren’t going anywhere.
I see primitivac1950 over here claiming everything was pinned on just one guy and that he should be removed!??!? Well, thank God for that—that’s exactly why he was moved, so the whole weight isn't crushing one person anymore. Nobody is kicking him out of the stands or anything like that. Honestly, I'm guessing you're probably some local branch guy, so if that's the case, why aren't you actually backing the crew? It's because you're listening to the agitators, just like the rest of the non-supporters.
It's the same deal with all of you claiming you're "everywhere" yet somehow don't have a voice or aren't part of the "active core." Who is stopping you from being in the stands, holding up signs, or helping out with the choreo?? Just because you haven't posted an official manifesto on the website doesn't mean you aren't involved. If people notice you doing the work, they'll reach out—but you actually have to show up and make yourself seen first.
There are certain people out there who are just hungry for power and want to feed their own egos. Once people stop listening to those types—once they finally get shut down—that's when things will truly change.

Ronald Brooks75 said:This is the bottom line. Up until now, this group of NFL Ultras actually had the people behind them—we were a real force in society, a factor that mattered. But if you start heading down this other path? Forget about it. Just goes straight to zero. Now, it’s up to you guys to make a choice: is what matters more the Code, our Hajduk, the spirit of the fans... or just chasing quick cash and green pastures?

PS. Seriously, who was the absolute genius behind the lyrics to that new song? Honestly, sometimes it’s better to just stay quiet than to go around singing complete garbage like that.

Hey there, just dropping in to say hello from a fellow fan.

Look, I honestly couldn't care less about those radicals—screw them and anyone else with that kind of narrow-mindedness stuck in their head. People keep claiming the NFL Ultras are being taken over by extremists, but that’s just total nonsense. It's not about radicalism at all; it's about people who actually give a damn and want to elevate everything we do—from how we carry ourselves in the stands to how we represent ourselves out on the streets. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that level of passion; if anything, it’s freaking perfect.
Seriously, does everyone here just blindly trust the mainstream news instead of actually listening to the people in this group?! I mean, why is it that you guys don't take my posts seriously, but you’ll swallow every single word from some stinking journalist who—let's be real—is nothing more than pure evil incarnate? I'm never going to be like that.

And honestly, these new letters? They’re the work of another massive fan—someone who’s been holding it down in the stands for ages and is a straight-up genius when it comes to supporter culture.

Honestly, I’m just so done with these people from Vinkovci—seriously, I can't even. This guy grabs the megaphone after barely ten minutes of being there, and as soon as he gets his hands on it, he just takes over everything. And get this—he literally snatched the megaphone right out of this kid's hands (you know, the one from Mertojak) and started barking orders. Instead of actually letting the guy lead the chants so we could have two voices driving the energy, he shuts him down. If he had just let it happen, we’d have two people leading us today, and maybe three or four tomorrow. It’s just common sense, really.

Yeah, that’s exactly where it all falls apart—the fact that there wasn't even one or two other people stepping up to help out. It’s like he only cared about being the guy calling the shots for the cheering section, nothing else mattered to him. He didn't give a damn about any other part of the operation—none of those other segments even registered on his radar. And honestly? Even that same guy, A, just lets him take over everything at the stadium gates without a fight.

placidheron16 said:Honestly, every single argument boils down to this—whenever a meeting happens, it just breeds some old drama within the Black Knights or pops up right here on the forum. And look, I’ll tell you straight up how things actually ought to work because, frankly, I'm fed up with all of this!! This younger crowd running the stands right now... they don't want to take the kids under their wing. Look, kids are great, but you have to know who's footing the bill and who's pulling the strings. You've got to be firm with the kids—from day one, they need to learn what it means to live the supporter lifestyle, instead of doing what they've done lately—just acting like daddy's little helpers and letting some other guy boss them around!! Legend, what even is that happening in the photos? Our young guys aren't looking at anyone the wrong way; if anything, we're actually craving that brotherhood and friendship among us. But how? How can we, when that legendary leader promises support in front of 100 people at the last meeting—vowing he'll stand right there with us in the stands and cheer—only to show up at the game and spend the whole time mocking us? He sits there making jokes along with his "inner circle," claiming it's too hard for him to come into the stands because the emotions will just overwhelm him. He's acting like a washed-up veteran saying goodbye to his favorite local dive bar!!! That's why I've lost all respect for him—because he's treated like some "cult icon" by people. When he gives his blessing, his followers follow, and then the rest of us are just left behind. We won't be a "we" anymore; it'll just be "us vs. them," which is exactly what keeps being repeated. Once those individual egos shrink to a minimum and that massive ego trip finally crashes and burns, then maybe we can actually start over... but hey, those are just two tiny details in this whole circus!!

👋 👋 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

That's the bottom line!! That’s exactly why I wrote "death to the ego trip"... for some people, protecting their own backside is more important than the success of our legendary group from back in '62!
The guy went from being a respected figure to a total clown.

Look, based on Wobo’s videos, we’re easily one of the best groups in the country. We’ve got the choreo, we’ve got the noise—we have all the ingredients. But we don't actually hang out together, and if you take the community aspect out of it, what’s even the point of any of this?
The Cup isn't really a supporters' tournament anymore—maybe two or three teams still care, but everyone else is just there for the paycheck. I mean, what was the whole purpose of that tournament to begin with if not to actually bond?
Marketing? Man, I don't even know if we *have* marketing... who’s even running that through the organization? Like, back in '05, they dropped those green and black tees with the shield on the side and they absolutely took over the stands. I can't even remember the last time we saw some crazy, limited-edition shirt drop. No offense to the people currently handling it, but it’s just not hitting like that anymore.
The stadium is usually empty—it only fills up right before kickoff with the die-hards, the casuals, or groups of friends traveling in from other cities. Most people are just "doing their own thing" elsewhere.
And now, when finally some real people show up—people who actually have the drive and the heart to make things happen (and let me tell you, there aren't many)—they get sabotaged at every turn. Most of you guys know exactly what I'm talking about. So, who are the younger kids supposed to look up to? Who's going to mentor them if certain people are being blocked and others are just looking out for themselves?

Anyway, wrote a bit of a manifesto there. Maybe too much. Kill the ego.

Look, once the NFL Ultras officially go on record and say they don't want anyone posting on any forums or websites anymore—that’s when I’ll finally hang it up and stop doing this myself.
Besides, honestly, nothing was actually said here that isn't already common knowledge to everyone else anyway.
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Look, nothing bad is going to come out of this. And honestly? Just delete that garbage the second it hits two pages so things don't boil over. As long as there’s no insults or stupid bickering involved, I really don't see any reason to lock the thread.
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Look, I know how it goes. Back in 2005 or 2006, you had guys leading the chants at the big games when they were barely even old enough to drive—maybe 17 or 18 years old—but honestly, times have changed since then.
I was actually one of the first people pushing for some of the younger crowd to step up and take charge of the chanting, both here and away, but from what I can see, nothing's really coming of it.
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Look, I’m not even talking about how many years I’ve spent in the stands—I’ve got plenty of those. It’s more about my age, and since I’m still on the younger side, I think there should be some basic respect for elders instead of people trying to lecture me just because I might not know every single tiny detail.
Jessica Phillips6 wrote that the Red Army depended on one specific guy, but if that’s the case, then in my book, it isn't even a real group.
The choreographies, the singing—that stuff is just flashy window dressing. I can’t sit here and pretend I lived through the 80s if I wasn't even born yet... Bielefeld is totally fine, and honestly, sometimes you just have to take a beating. We took some hits back in the day, nothing dirty or anything un-fanlike about it.
It actually breaks my heart when I see people I genuinely respect staying on the sidelines. Every neighborhood has its own spot in the stands. Once everyone finally decides to Unite into one cohesive unit, then we'll truly be what we're meant to be—and I won't be sitting here posting my grievances on forums anymore.
And as for that scene at Yankee Stadium where all those random outsiders were hanging around the edges—I don't mind. You can't really function without them, I guess. But back in 2007, it was unheard of to see kids hanging out right by the goalposts, whereas nowadays, it’s completely normal to see 13 or 14-year-olds standing right there.
Whatever, man, I'm just stating my opinion and my perspective, because I listen to all these different stories and they're starting to sound less and less consistent to me. Our history is basically passed down through word of mouth anyway, right?
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
Once I'm old enough to actually walk up to someone like zmu and tell them straight to their face that their behavior is bothering me—or even just let them know I appreciate what they do—then maybe I'll start taking action. But until then? I’m perfectly fine just sitting here being a wise guy on these forums!

The first thing that popped into my head—just looking at the average age in the stands, the drum setups, how organized everything was, stuff like that.
Ever since some of the core crews backed off, everything has basically been riding on one guy’s shoulders. And yeah, that includes your video section and a million other little things, not even counting all the rest.
That 2006/07 season specifically... man, that was legendary, based on what I hear anyway, since I was way too young back then. Mexico, Italy—we didn't miss a beat anywhere. I think that trip to Russia was the real turning point.🤷

Keith Brown80 said:I am seriously sick of these retarded posts.

God damn it, are you serious? This is a PhD candidate at a major university who happens to be a huge part of our fan communication network, and you’re gonna drop a comment like "we aren't a group" and stuff?🙂

So what, are you supposed to just avoid the forum or start a whole new thread about it? I don't know, but for me, this forum is a way to vent my frustration and dissatisfaction with the state of our group. Obviously, I'm keeping it within reasonable limits—not naming names or getting into anything too heavy—but honestly, I'm not writing anything here that isn't already obvious to everyone on the outside.

Charles Ruiz6 said:Let me throw out one that just came to mind...

Small game, 2010, maybe 3,500 people in the stadium, Liverpool FC out of the title race, pure delirium.

Yeah, you've got a point, that was a hell of a game. But if I remember right, it wasn't really a massive show until the guys in the lower tier started that whole coordinated bit with the lighters—one side doing one thing, the other side doing another—and then the whole East Stand joined in. But looking at the averages, even though there were a few five-minute lulls, I'd say the North Stand was more consistently loud, though this game against that team from St. Louis was definitely top-tier.
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
"Great cheering," they say, all the time? Seriously? Which games were you guys even attending??
Look, we’re sitting there at 0-0 against Austin FC, people are singing some cheesy anthem in the 80th minute, and then the leader starts cracking jokes with the crowd right after we take the lead—is that actually normal?? The real issue is that Lekić only has authority over the casual fans and the general public. The NFL Ultras have basically turned into a neighborhood block party; we aren't a real group anymore. Now, we're back to square one. I’m not part of the core inner circle or the leadership, but I’m backing them—because anyone with half a brain should be doing the exact same thing. When Liverpool FC plays an away game in a small town like Des Moines, there’s no presence from the Ultras because Lekić hasn't shown up yet—even though Obišen is a powerhouse and the first guy to show up—and then the second he arrives, everyone spontaneously starts chanting his name. I don't think I've ever seen this much focus shifted onto one single person in the history of the Ultras. It’s honestly pathetic and embarrassing. I’ll give him credit for certain things, sure, but he can’t just spend his whole life standing by the goalposts.

And for the record, I distinctly remember people trashing Lekić on the forums when he first took over the cheering... everyone was nitpicking and asking why some blonde kid wasn't leading the chants...

I wasn't saying it DIDN'T happen, I was just saying I don't know if it actually did because it definitely doesn't feel like it.
But hey, since you claim to be such an expert, why don't you tell me which game was actually better?

I honestly don't know if the energy from the NFL fans has ever been this electric during the smaller matchups—and we haven't even hit Friday yet...
Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters in Fans ·
I honestly don't know what to say about Sevic anymore—it’s just getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve been following the team through everything, the highs and the lows, and watching how things are being handled lately... man, it just feels off. You see people online acting like everything is fine, or they're totally losing their minds over nothing, but if you actually sit back and look at the big picture, the direction we're headed isn't exactly what I'd call "winning." It’s frustrating because I care, okay? I really do. I’m not just some casual fan who shows up when the wins are easy—I'm here for the grind. But right now, the vibes are just messy, and it feels like there's a massive disconnect between what's happening on the field and what the leadership thinks is going on. We need more than just empty promises or flashy PR moves; we need actual substance. Just my two cents, but I think we're all feeling that tension. kaže:
It’s all true—every single word of it.
Yeah, let's get it. Once the new leadership finally gets settled in—and let's face it, that's usually half the battle right there—that’s when we really need to see the community come back together. It’s all about getting that collective spirit firing on all cylinders again once the dust settles on the management changes.Honestly, I just want things to get back to how they used to be—real socializing, you know? Not this whole situation where everyone just shuts themselves away behind their own four walls.

Let’s go, NFL Ultras in Miami—let's get it. Honestly, let everyone else just rot for all I care—all that trash people are posting about the Miami faithful being "done for" or whatever other garbage they're spewing. It’s total nonsense. We’re doing this purely to spite those losers who only give a damn about the bottom line—those corporate types who see nothing but dollar signs—and to stick it right in the faces of all those ego-trippers out there.
Look, I’m telling you—we can be stronger than we’ve ever been. Seriously. If we actually pull this off, there isn't a single thing standing in our way.

Honestly, I am so done with this whole obsession—the way people run these fan groups, the constant gatekeeping, and just the sheer, mindless fixation on this team... it’s exhausting.

Larry Campbell33 said:Man, people in the stands were driving me absolutely insane yesterday—it wasn't even about how they were cheering, it was just the whole vibe.
Honestly, looking at how things are run lately, it feels like the people in charge are just managing a group of folks who have zero interest in actually rooting for the team. It’s like they’re running a business for spectators rather than building a culture for real fans.

Honestly, looking at the crowd down south yesterday—man, it was depressing. It felt like eighty percent of the people there had absolutely zero football IQ. There was just no passion, no real understanding of what it means to actually support the team. It was basically a total washout.

Spot on. People are way too obsessed with who’s calling the shots in the stands instead of just actually cheering for the team. I’m sitting here next to this guy—must be at least 50—and he’s relentlessly chanting some nonsense about how "Samir isn't Damir" to the tune of some cheesy pop song... honestly, I wish someone would just shut him up already. Meanwhile, half the rest of the crowd is just busy arguing over which songs to sing. It's ridiculous.

Oh, and one more thing—about that moment when the message went out and those damn Chicago cowards immediately started acting up... the reason that happened was because the guys over by the goalposts were screaming "hands up!" and as soon as people actually raised their hands, some idiot yelled out about how we're all just spineless city types. It was totally uncalled for, especially since we had a completely different set of chants lined up to go next...

I honestly don't even know what more people were expecting from this whole unification thing—was it supposed to be some grand spectacle where we all show up decked out in Dinamo jerseys while you guys roll up in your Kansas City Chiefs gear?

Honestly, I’m totally fine with how everything shook out. It’s actually kind of wild that we didn't push back harder by throwing some shade at those Chicagoans and their loudmouths...

Jack Collins6 said:Nobody is out here drugged up on meds, but let’s be real—back in 2008 we were cheering just as hard as we were yesterday, and the same goes for the atmosphere in San Diego this season. Honestly, the police presence was never more disgusting; seeing them like that in the city sends a massive message to those bastards running the league (looking at you, Commissioner)—we are united against the darkness of the front office. Just a minute or two before they stormed the south stands, there were these phantom cops everywhere. From a football standpoint, the Kansas City Chiefs played like absolute cowards, and then you have people in the parking lot handing out snacks... and I’m looking at them like, "What is this even for? What game? For some bullshit referee call?"🙂The Commissioner might be powerful right now, but I get the feeling this is the beginning of the end for him.🙂

A ton of people are definitely out of it. Maybe you aren't, but plenty of others are.
In San Diego, the energy sucked mostly because the main crew wasn't there—missing the drums, the megaphones, and all the other gear.
And honestly, the vibe in the city wasn't any worse than last time. You just have to be patient; the way the crowd is being led right now is basically just three megaphones and three guys holding poles, but give it time—it’ll get much better.

Now you’re starting to nitpick too... that’s totally missing the point.🤣
The whole idea behind this "unification" and everything else we're doing is precisely so we don't get phased out—so we can keep the rivalry alive and keep shouting at each other and fighting for another hundred years.

And regarding the cheering... honestly, people have been completely brainwashed by the cult of personality surrounding Lekic after he was around for six years. In those six years, there was literally only one game where he wasn't leading the chants (back in 2008 at the stadium during that 0-2 loss), and the atmosphere was just as electric regardless.

I really think we should just listen to the leader and be done with it. We don't need all this overthinking or judging what the guy looks like or how he carries himself. Yesterday, we had three megaphones and three guys up on the railing—that is actually the perfect setup. We just need to give these guys a chance because they're new to this and just getting started. It's not like we were all standing right next to Lekic on the sidelines every single game... chill out, time will tell.😉
