Perhaps an option should be added to include cycling. There seems to be a significant surge of interest in cycling lately. For instance, even Renault has claimed victory in the Tour de France.

I honestly don't have anyone to compare him to. I simply noted that he's "cheap" and likely serves as decent pit wall support for his current team. What I do know is that if I were running a team, I'd rather have a Chilton on the roster than a Pastor Maldonado, if nothing else.
