Good grief, man, that's just the model name of the monitor. Like darkowl72 already pointed out, that isn't the issue here. It’s possible a Windows update messed something up, or even worse, an update might be downloading in the background right now, which would definitely slow you down. Hit Ctrl + Shift + Esc to pull up the Task Manager—head over to the third tab, I believe it's labeled System or Performance—and check your RAM usage. If you're sitting at 75% or higher, that's likely your culprit. Second, run a scan on your PC using the free version of Malwarebytes. Check those two things first; if neither of them fixes it, we should look into whether your hard drive is failing, but let's save that for later.
You aren’t the first person to get burned by them. It’s almost like they’re shipping out refurbished or RMA gear as if it were brand new. Just so you know, the shop actually has its own dedicated thread click
.
So, let me get this straight—you’ve sent that mouse back for the third time and now they’ve gone radio silent for two weeks? Unfortunately, I believe the legal window for a resolution is about 40 days. If things don't start moving along soon, your best bet is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Which one specifically? 😬

That monitor is actually a solid replacement for

Regarding the cases, this one is definitely the smarter buy. You get three 120mm fans included for free, whereas with the CM option, you only get one and'll end up spending more just to get decent airflow. That third case isn't even available right now, and honestly, those Commander models are pretty low quality. If you’re really set on the CM one, go for it—it’s not a terrible deal if you personally prefer the look

Anyway,

That third price is what's sitting in the cart

Now, for a decent first monitor, you're about $67 short click. Your best bet is to either sell off some of the gear you currently have or just wait a bit longer to buy it later

Everything you listed is an absolute steal for the price point; honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. Just like Alexander Moore67 said, it really just comes down to which one catches your eye. Though, they all look pretty similar since they all share that clean, minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic.

Going with a Full Tower really limits your options—you're looking at stuff like the Fractal Design R5 or the Fractal Define S. Plus, finding one with a transparent side panel can be a headache; while models like the Phanteks Enthoo Pro, Thermaltake Suppressor F31, or the F51 offer solid non-window versions, they’re hard to track down locally here in the States. Honestly, it feels like the Fractal Design Define XL R2 is being pushed on you as the obvious choice. As for where to buy, I'd suggest checking out Micro Center or Newegg; they generally have the best service, and you'll likely avoid extra fees if you need them to swap components for you (though definitely double-check their policy first)

EDIT

It's worth noting that some of those cases labeled as "mid towers" actually support larger motherboard formats than standard ATX, though I highly doubt you'll ever actually need that kind of space
Over on HardwareZone, they're running comparisons between the 480GB and 960GB models. Their take is that the ADATA SP550 significantly outperforms the competition—meaning the Blast and Ignite series hold their own too. They basically view the budget SSDs as pretty weak performers, arguing it’s a bad move to pick one if it costs 15% more than an ADATA, though here in the States, that price gap is actually a bit wider.

On another note, I haven't seen any reviews for the 240GB versions. It’s either going to be identical performance or worse, nothing better. It looks like manufacturers are moving away from small-capacity drives entirely; at least Crucial seems to be phasing out anything under 240GB.
click 240GB SSD $183 at a discount. People say it isn’t exactly top-tier 😬 , but hey, it’s easily the cheapest SSD
on the market.
Regarding that liquid cooler, I saw a recent review in PCMag where it actually ran a few degrees cooler than the Hyper T4 under full load. That means you're looking at performance close to a 212 EVO while paying about 80% less. It did run slightly warmer than the T4 at idle, likely because the fan speeds were set lower. Honestly, this cooler is the ultimate Best Buy; you get incredible value for such a low price, especially considering the 65W version...

Check it out—this guy is running a 212 EVO. That Xeon actually stays cooler than a standard Core i7, even though its TDP is technically higher click

Those temperatures look almost too good to be true; they’d probably creep up after a few hours of heavy lifting. Still, it clearly keeps things chilled enough, so I don't see any reason to upgrade if you aren't overclocking your CPU

BTW, regarding those Corsair water coolers—they are painfully overrated. You constantly hear people complaining about how loud the fans are (so many people just swap them out for different ones) or questioning the quality of the tubing...

~800kn
Like we already told you, the unit is still under warranty, so he needs to get that GPU replaced at no cost. I’m not buying any of those excuses. The only thing they might try to charge for is a diagnostic fee if I've already broken the factory seals by opening the PC myself.
The Best Buy model is more than enough

My mistake, I really need to pay closer attention to those details

He might want to hold out for the Skylake Celeron (2.9GHz) models. They could end up being $83 significantly cheaper than the Pentiums—maybe around 80% of the cost—and historically, they aren't much slower than the Pentiums (only by about 15%). If he does that, he can dump the leftover cash into a high-quality case, like a Zalman Z3 (with USB 3.0, ATX support, three 12cm fans, and decent cable management...). Plus, he'll eventually upgrade to an i5 (maybe a Kaby Lake model) whenever he actually needs that extra horsepower down the road.

No burner, just pure future potential

1 x Dell Inspiron Mini Tower
1 x Corsair VS400
1 x Intel Pentium G4400 (3.3GHz, 3MB, LGA1151) box
1 x ASUS H110M-K D3, (s1151,USB 3.0,SATA III,DVI/VGA,LAN) mATX,Usb 3.0 header
1 x Crucial RAM 4GB DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) CL15
1 x Seagate BarraCuda, 1TB, 7200 rpm, 64MB, SATA 6Gbs
1 x Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti 1GB StormX

Total: $1029

For World of Tanks, you really need strong single-thread performance—which means an Intel chip (Skylake has the best IPC) paired with a high clock speed is your best bet since the game relies heavily on a single core anyway. It'll handle FIFA just fine too.
GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post) in Desktops ·
The R9 390 is a significantly more powerful card and certainly isn't overkill for 1080p—though, obviously, that all depends on what you're looking to get out of your setup.
The 4GB version of the 380 is the smarter play here, but right now they’re sitting at a higher price point than the 2GB models at $100, so it's really a toss-up. That makes the 380 x a decent option too, since it's roughly $50 more expensive than the 4GB 380s.

What kind of power supply and case are you running?
PC Modding in Desktops ·
You could have just asked that in your own thread, because installing fans isn't exactly considered "PC Modding."

Anyway—a) those components don't strictly require them to function properly, and b) you probably skipped them to save some cash, which ties right back into point A.

Wrong socket (you actually need an 1155). Your GPU is a massive bottleneck compared to your CPU, which is still holding its own. That said, I’m worried your power supply might be total junk for any serious graphics card—just pull up the model name on the PSU's spec sheet to check.
