I need exactly what’s listed in the title. I honestly don't have the energy or the patience to spend hours digging through different models trying to find the perfect fit, so I figured I'd just ask you guys directly. 😁 My only real constraint is my budget—I really don't want to go over $300.

I’m currently running Windows 7 32-bit, even though my laptop actually has 4 GB of RAM—which means I could easily handle a 64-bit version if I wanted to. The only reason I didn't jump on that sooner was because I was using an original copy of Windows, and honestly, I just didn't feel like dealing with the headache of trying to use a cracked version... but now that we've got that sorted out, I have a new question. Is it actually possible to perform an upgrade from Windows 7 32-bit directly to Windows 8.1 64-bit, assuming my hardware can handle the load?
