That feels a bit low considering what people are asking on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. I guess you could probably push for $267 total, if you're feeling ambitious.
Having jumped from a Core i5-2500K overclocked at 4.2GHz to a Core i7-8600K running at 4.6GHz alongside a GTX 1080, I can say the difference is massive. I don't really play many CPU-heavy titles, but Formula 1 2017 comes pretty close. My frame rate shot up from about 90-100 FPS—with some annoying stuttering and roughly 60-70% GPU usage—to a smooth 150-160 FPS without any drops. I guess an Everyman would find those old 2500K numbers perfectly fine, but they just didn't cut it for me since I'm always chasing every single millisecond of input lag.

I’d honestly go used. For $333, you just can't find anything decent if you're buying brand new.

It’s either the GTX 970 4GB or the R9 270 2GB—there’s a massive gap there. 😁
The GTX 970 is actually quite a bit faster than the GTX 1050 ti. If you’ve got a decent power supply and aren't looking at the base reference model, it might be a pretty solid deal.
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB graphics card.
The Cooler Master MasterBox case.
The ASUS Prime H310M-K motherboard.
I think there might be a typo in the name—that should probably be an Intel Pentium instead of an Intel Celeron G5400.
Maybe an EVGA 350 W1 could work, I guess.
Patriot Signature DDR4, 2400MHz, 8GB, CL15.
The Kingston A400 240GB SATA3 SSD (the 7mm version) comes with an 80TB TBW rating. I guess it’s a decent little drive for basic needs.
All in all: $1.25 Maybe I could look into getting this on a six-month installment plan through Best Buy.
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 x - $521
If you want some peace of mind for the long haul, I’d probably lean toward Ryzen and more threads.

https://www.newegg.com/p/power-supply/The case is really just down to what you like visually; everything else should run you about $167. You might have to flash the BIOS for those 2nd gen Ryzen chips. Or, I guess, you could just wait a week or two for some B450 boards to show up...

I still have some speakers left—do you need those too?
What are you planning to use this PC for? You could probably put together a much better build; I guess the power supply and the graphics card definitely aren't ideal for this budget.
What kind of card is that? An RX 570 is about the same speed. Maybe try looking at this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/graphic-cards-listing-exampleIt’s got a year of warranty left, too. I guess it might be a bit punchier than your old one. Just make sure you totally wipe out all the old drivers and software from your current card first.
I’d probably grab something like this and just beef it up with a few extra parts:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/example-listing-gtx-1050-2-gb/Maybe add another 4GB of RAM, a 120GB SSD, and I guess I might pick up a new power supply too.
