The power supply should handle it, but honestly, it’s pretty cheap junk. I guess it might be smarter to just invest a bit more now, since you'll probably need to upgrade it anyway once you pick up a graphics card 😉
Just hang tight for those Ryzen APUs; they launch in five days, and I guess we might see them hit the shelves here in the States in maybe two weeks. If you can save up just a little longer, you could grab a better motherboard and some fast RAM to really help out that integrated graphics 😉
Out of nowhere, they just pulled the last new GTX 970 out of stock for $567. I guess you should grab it fast before it’s gone 😬. You'll probably still want another 8GB of that same RAM to hit 16GB total.
Honestly, even jumping to a GTX 1060 isn't exactly a massive leap; I doubt it's even twice as fast as what you're running right now.
Your build seems pretty well-balanced, too, I guess. Do you have an SSD? If I were you, that’s probably where I’d put the money first. I’d hold off on the GPU—I don't see prices stabilizing anytime soon.
A fair price for a decent model with a 3-year warranty is about $833 (for the 6GB version, obviously). You might find an RX 580 8GB for a little less, maybe around $767.
If I were in your shoes, I’d just go for it. 😛 My CNPS10X Perform has been chugging along for over seven years now; I also picked it up during a sale at Best Buy for $83 😉
Btw, a few Gigabyte Z370 boards popped up for around $250... I guess the Ryzen 3 combo is slowly losing its appeal since it's only about $50 cheaper than an Intel i3 8100 + Z370 setup.

You can usually find pretty cheap activation codes for macOS lying around online.
Let's share some good news 😁 ...prices on certain SSDs have dropped about 10-15% over the last few weeks, and there's maybe a new best-buy out there: the Crucial MX500 for around $213 with a 5-year warranty.
