If you can stretch the budget a little, I guess you could pick up a 27" 1440p monitor.
A few decent deals I spotted:

MSI B350 PC MATE - $207

AMD Ryzen 5 1400 - $0.35

MSI GTX 1060 6GB - $0.97

Patriot Burst 240GB - $175

ASRock X370 Killer - $291

Found a $433 4770K over in Santa Monica:

Give me a shout fast if you want a decent deal... for some reason, people are still overpaying for used Intel chips. I’m only seeing an i5 4690K listed for $333.

Better case, way better motherboard, slightly weaker power supply. It’s somewhere in that ballpark, I guess.

Just a quick heads-up on this setup: it’s an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (3.7GHz, 6MB, 65W, AM4) boxed unit, complete with integrated RX Vega 8 graphics and a Wraith Stealth cooler. I guess it's a pretty straightforward entry-level build.
Just picked up a Crucial 8GB kit—two 4GB sticks of DDR4 running at 2400 MT/s. It’s the standard CL17 unbuffered stuff. I guess it should do the trick.
1 x 1TB Dell Latitude HDD, 64MB, 7200rpm, High-Performance
One 400W Fortron Hexa+ power supply, 80+ rated.
One ASRock AB350 PRO4, AM4 socket.
One Zalman Z1, USB 3.0 in black, featuring dual 120mm fans.

You really picked the worst possible timing 😁 GPU prices are up 40-100% because of the crypto mining craze, so shortages are everywhere. Even RAM prices aren't doing us any favors right now.

The best you can probably grab at the moment is a GTX 1060 6GB paired with an i5 8400 or a Ryzen 5 1600 and 16GB of RAM. I’d suggest sticking to a 1080p monitor if I were you.

Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) DDR4 3000MHz
NZXT H510 Midi Tower ATX case, integrated 7.1 sound card, no PSU, black

Gigabyte Z790 Gaming
ADATA Ultimate SU800 256GB Serial ATA III
iiyama ProLite XU2492HSU 23.8" Full HD IPS

~$2.25 - Micro Center

+ graphics card:
ASUS Expedition GeForce GTX 1070 - $1.50

It’s definitely not the ultimate steal, but I guess it’s pretty reasonable for this era 😁

Who's trying to rob you? 😬

Every single part is priced about 150-$67 higher than what you'd find at the standard shops in New York City.

You might want to jump on this one. It’s an H77 board... just toss in a decent GPU and you can pretty much play almost anything.

EDIT: I actually tracked down that i5 too. It's probably a solid deal if you can snag a matching motherboard for the same price.😬

This looks like a decent enough deal. The board has some pretty weak integrated graphics that aren't really meant for gaming, but you're getting a solid processor and a motherboard for a pretty low price.

It’s not actually that much, $117 I guess. You could probably save another 250-$100 if you just went with an mATX case and motherboard instead.

I caught an edit where you mentioned the Fractal Nano sa ITX. Honestly, that feels like a massive case for an ITX build... I’d probably lean toward this mATX case instead since it’s similar in size, plus you'll save a decent chunk of change on the motherboard and the case itself. Also, those 60GB SSDs just don't make sense; they're only like 20-$10 cheaper than the 120GB ones, which is pretty much the same deal you get with hard drives.
